Summary(강의 마무리)
How do you define culture? Well, you have to look at three different components of culture. Like individuals, You have to understand what is the goal of culture? and what does its culture value? Then the second question is how do you reach your goal? and, how do you attain your goal? And this is the process. The third process is resources, What are the available resources? Natural resources and human resources. Because each culture goes through change and transformation and we will look at how cultures are different and how cultures change. Lastly, cultures are in contact with one another. Multiculturalism represents cultural diversity and how cultures maintain a positive relation.
Next Week(다음 강의 안내)
Because each culture goes through change and transformation, we will look at how cultures are different and how cultures change. Hofstede identified 4 cultural dimensions: power distance, uncertainty avoidance, masculinity, feminity, and individualism.
