Stress was defined by Hans Selye and refined by Richard Lazarus and Susan Folkman. Stress comes about if you cannot cope effectively. and the social support you receive is not effective, and you evaluate the situation and event negatively. Stress has many negative consequences.
스트레스는 Hans Selye가 정의했으며, Richard Lazarus와 Susan Folkman이 구체화했습니다. 만일 효율적으로 대처하지 못하거나, 여러분이 받고 있는 사회적 지원이 효과적이지 않고, 그 상황과 사건을 부정적으로 평가한다면, 스트레스가 발생하게 됩니다. 스트레스는 많은 부정적 결과를 초래합니다.
