Summary(강의 마무리)
What we call stress now is Hwabyung in traditional Korea. Hwabyung is considered an indigenous Korean illness. It means people are unable to confront and manage their anger. The starting point of Hwabyung is similar to Han but they have very different outcome. What is Han? Although Han and Jung share similar attribute, they are very distinct entities. Sorrow and grief are turned into Shinparam or excitement when entangled feelings of Han is released.
Next Week(다음 강의 안내)
In the next unit, we will examine Han from theoretical and conceptual framework.
