今天我们来讲一讲彩陶的制作方法
您能介绍一下制作彩陶的方法吗
制陶的方法有很多
主要有以下几种
1 捏制法
这是最早的手工制陶方法 也是最简便 最容易的方法
这种方式比较粗糙 成型不规则
但方便灵活
因此常被用于制作小型陶塑
而在制作日常器皿时较少使用
2 泥片贴筑法
和捏制法样
也是种较早使用的手工制陶方法
是用粘湿的泥片
在一个类似内模的陶垫外面
一块一块地敷贴成一个陶器形状
一般是从下往上敷贴 至少有两层薄片叠合在一起
有的厚达数层
这种方法成型的陶器
显得非常厚重
形状不太规则 口沿也不太整齐
考古发现和研究证明
在中国距今七八千年以前的新石器时代早期文化中 普遍都是采用这种方法制陶
大约在距今六七千年的时候 泥片贴筑法才逐渐为新兴起的泥条盘筑法所代替
3 泥条盘筑法
先将陶泥制成泥条
然后圈起来 一层层地叠上去
并用陶垫 陶拍 陶抹等工具将里外抹平
抵压 仔细加工制成器型
不仅新石器时代的大部分陶器是这样制作的
在现代 某些少数民族地区
仍然采用这种成型方法
为什么陶器底部有脉络的痕迹
那时候的制坯
最初可能是放在木板
竹席或篮筐上 以便于移动旋转
有的还垫以树叶
因而器底遗有叶脉的印痕
后来逐渐采用可以转动的轮盘(慢轮)
既便于制陶时的盘筑
和加印纹饰
又可以利用其旋转修整口沿
使之规整
慢轮修整的结果往往遗有局部轮纹
这种慢轮修整的方法 大致开始于仰韶文化中期
