瓷器成为中国的象征

由于缺失了多年的史实

现代社会如何确定

元青花产自景德镇

事情得先从流失到英国的

一件带元朝纪年题记的青花瓷器说起

20世纪二三十年代

英国人霍布逊率先披露了

在英国大维德基金会收藏的

中国青花瓷器中

有一对形制完全相同的

中国青花龙凤纹象耳瓶

瓶高63.6厘米

瓶身绘缠枝菊、蕉叶

缠枝莲、飞凤

海水云龙、缠枝牡丹

杂宝及变形莲瓣等多层图案

瓶颈上

用青花书

“信州路玉山县顺成乡德教里荆塘社奉圣弟子

张文进喜舍香炉花瓶一副祈保合家清吉

子女平安至正十一年四月

良辰谨记星源祖殿胡净一元帅打拱”的长篇题记

至正是元顺帝的年号之一

至正十一年即公历1351年

在元代以前

中国瓷器还没有

形成书写纪年

款识的惯例

发现这件青花瓷

的重要意义

在于它第一次向世人宣称

这是中国元代景德镇

烧造的青花瓷器

但是这些还不足以

证明元青花的特征

霍布逊的报道过于简单

还缺乏更有说服力的佐证

在当时并未引起学术界的关注与重视

直到20世纪50年代

美国学者波普博士

以这件带款青花瓷

为标准器

对照伊朗及土耳其博物馆收藏的中国其它青花瓷器

进行了类比研究

把与此青花瓷风格特征

相似的

青花瓷器

定为"至正型"青花瓷

随着标准器的确定

和考古的新发现

中国元代青花瓷

才逐渐为人所识
