这节课内容是心血管系
心血管系首先我们讲它的概述部分
它是由心脏动脉毛细血管和静脉构成
管腔内充满了血液
心血管系的主要功能是运输
即通过血液将营养物质运送到
全身各部进行新陈代谢
将内分泌系分泌的激素
运送至靶器官进行体液调节
同时又将全身各部的代谢产物
如二氧化碳尿素等运送到肺肾
皮肤等排出体外
心血管系还是机体重要的防卫系统
存在于血液中的免疫细胞抗体
能吞噬杀伤和灭活侵入
体内的细菌和病毒
并能中和它们所产生的毒素
心血管系还具有内分泌功能
参与机体多种功能的调节
心血管也参与体温的调节
心血管系的结构和功能障碍
均可造成局部或全身性机能紊乱
甚至危及生命
其运输功能通过体循环和肺循环实现
血液由左心室泵出
经主动脉及其分支到达
全身各部的毛细血管
进行物质和气体交换
然后通过静脉回流到右心房
称体循环或者叫大循环
血液由右心室泵出
经肺动脉干及其分支到达肺毛细血管
进行气体交换
然后通过肺静脉回流到左心房
称肺循环也叫小循环
