邱教授,您能为我们介绍一下陶瓷专著吗

元人蒋祈写的《陶记》

虽然只有

短短的1090字

但对

景德镇瓷器的

制作工艺、工匠分工

择地外销、赋役课税、官吏的“重取于民”

商贩盘剥等

都有记载

从其内容看

作者不仅熟悉陶瓷制作

还十分同情陶工

被剥削被束缚的困境

字里行间多有可资查考的时代特点

《陶记》不仅是

中国最早一部记述

景德镇陶业的专业书籍

而且蒋祈也被

中国陶瓷业界评价为历史上

第一个“知陶”的人

其后,值得一提的文献

是宋应星(1587- 1666)

所著的《天工开物》

我知道它

这是一部脱稿于明末

包括有农业和手工业技术的百科全书

其中专有《陶埏》一卷

以主要篇幅介绍了

景德镇瓷器成型的工序

依次叙述原料

澄泥、造坯、画花、施釉、装匣钵

举火烧窑等项作业

对于陶车和陶窑的构造还写出定量记述

画出图样

可以说相当详备

接下来是法国传教士

殷弘绪(D'entrecalles)

在1712年和1722年写回欧洲的两封信

对于当时远远逊色于中国瓷器艺术的欧洲来说

确有“解密”之功

他着眼于科学技术

用比较的方法

向欧洲人介绍十八世纪初期景德镇瓷器的组成、品种、制作方法

包括釉的使用

及其各种性质

彩瓷的颜色和彩饰艺术

控制烧成温度的方法等

在用料多少

窑炉容量以及工具设备的长度

宽度和厚度方面

也有较精确的数字记录
