我们今天要学习的第一个关键词是bilingual（双语的）。
但是请不要着急，我们先学习一些术语。
首先
我么要学习以下三个术语：
你知道这些词的意思吗？
词根是不包括前缀和后缀的部分。
词根是一个词或词族中的主要词汇单位。
包含主要的语义内容，并且不能再被细分成更小的部分。
下面我们学习前缀和后缀。
前缀是放在词干前面的词缀，可以将原词变成另一个词。
举例来说，un-加到happy前面以后，形成unhappy。
在语言学中，前缀也被叫做“preformative（预先形成的）”，因为它能改变词形。
在语言学中，
一个后缀是放置在词干后面的词缀，
常见的后缀是格尾，
就是指示名词、形容词的语法词性的
尾部词缀。
又比如形成动词词性的动词格尾等。
尤其在语义学中，
后缀也可以被称为“afformative”，
因为它也可以改变词形。
因此Bilingual这个词是由三个部分组成。
前缀“bi”（意思是“二、双”）
加上词根“-ling”
意思是“语言”
加上后缀“-al”
表示是从名词而来的形容词。
这也是这个词是形容词的原因，
表示“两种语言的、双语的”。
英语中还有许多其他的带有前缀“bi”的词，
如：
