中国有句老话叫礼尚往来
中国向来都被认为
是最热情好客的国家
每个人都有自己的待客之道
但试想一下
如果今天接待你的人
过于热情
或者一直在说一些客套话
你会觉得很舒服吗
所以学习接待
也是一门艺术
随着经济的发展和业务的需要
接待活动变得越来越频繁
正确的礼仪运用
对企业间建立联系
洽谈业务起到了重要的作用
商务接待是指
商务活动中
迎来送往的一系列招待活动
一般有两种情况
日常接待和隆重接待
在职场中
我们最常遇到的就是日常接待
今天就和媛媛老师一起学习一下
小场合大形象的日常接待吧
日常接待一般不需要
在人力物力上做特殊的准备
这种接待随时都有
在接待时
我们往往分为三个流程
迎客
待客
和送客
迎客就是迎接客人的到来
当客人到达办公室时
主人应以微笑起身相迎
问候客人
热情握手
然后请客人就座
再交换名片
对于重要的客人
应事先询问对方的到达时间
可以提前到门口迎接
如果接待外国或外地客人
应首先了解对方到达的车次
航班
安排与客人身份
职务相当的人员前去迎接
如果因为某些特殊情况不能前往
前去迎接的人员
应向客人做出礼貌的解释
在迎客的过程中
我们会使用到行进中的引领礼仪
在前面的模块里
我们已经做了具体的讲解
作为接待人员
在把客人送到指定会客地点时
应先请客人至上座
并请客人稍等片刻
离开后
第一时间通知相关领导
以免让客人久等
A公司与B公司进行商务洽谈
B公司的佩奇负责接待工作
在客人到达会客厅后
佩奇由于临时有其他的工作
就让A公司的领导在会客厅
等了15分钟
当B公司的领导发现后
急忙让佩奇给客人倒茶
佩奇先给自己的领导倒了茶
然后再给A公司的领导倒茶
而且在端茶时
佩奇没有使用托盘
佩奇差点把茶水洒在A公司领导的身上
最终这次洽谈以失败告终
佩奇的领导非常不高兴
对佩奇的接待工作非常不满意
在日常的来访中
特别是有言在先的来访
敬茶是最起码的礼仪
如果你是B公司的领导
对于佩奇刚才的表现
你满意吗
其实
在敬茶的过程中
我们需要注意以下四个部分
倒茶之前
应先检查茶具是否完整
使用有破损的茶具待客
是对客人的怠慢
无论茶具干净与否
倒茶前都应该先清洗一下
或者用开水烫一下
因为久置未用的茶具
难免会沾上灰尘和污渍
这样既讲究卫生
又显得彬彬有礼
我们经常会说
倒茶前不洗茶具
就像接待客人不洗脸一样
所以记得一定要清洗茶具
泡茶时
茶叶不宜过多
也不宜太少
如果客人主动说
自己喜欢喝浓茶或淡茶
那就按照客人的喜好把茶冲好
如果可以选择
应该让客人选择自己喜欢的茶品
无论是大杯还是小杯
茶水都不应倒得太满
因为泡茶一般都用热水
太满了容易溢出
有可能会烫伤客人或自己
当然也不能倒得太少
让客人觉得不被重视
一般情况下
茶水倒入茶杯中
七八分满就可以了
往往第一遍泡的茶要倒掉
第二遍的才可以给客人饮用
上茶不按次序
即使茶再好
也不算是做到了礼貌相待
上茶的次序坚持
客人优先
尊者优先的原则
也就是说先给客人上茶
再按照职位高低
给自己公司的成员上茶
接待人员在进入房间时
应先敲门
然后微微鞠躬进入房间
进入后
在桌子的一端放下托盘
将放在托盘上的茶具按顺序摆放
端茶和递茶时
要用双手
通常是左手托住杯底
右手抓住杯耳
从客人的右后方敬茶
站在客人后方时
应面带微笑并说
对不起
打扰一下
放下茶后说请用茶
如果待客地点是受限制的办公室
需要正面递茶
递茶时
需要把杯耳的一面放在客人的右手边
方便客人端茶
一般来说
双方寒暄完
交换名片后
是上茶的最好时机
敬茶不可以不续水
也不可以频繁加水
一般以30分钟为标准
30分钟后客人还未离开
就可以续水了
续水时
如果是带盖的杯子
则要用左手夹住杯盖
右手倒茶
当然
把杯盖放在桌面上倒茶
也不能说是错误的
但尽量避免这样做
因为有可能会发出声音
影响到正常的商务会谈
续水时切记一点
不要把杯盖扣在桌面上
除了敬茶外
在待客时我们还需要注意以下四点
第一
在与对方交谈时
我们应该认真倾听
没有特殊情况不应该打断对方
第二
若谈话时总有电话或事情打断
应做出妥善处理
第三
对来宾的无理要求或不当意见
我们要有礼貌的拒绝
第四
在整个接待过程中
不要频频看表
以免使客人理解为催他离开
送客是接待工作中的最后一个环节
也是非常重要的一个环节
俗话说
迎人迎三步
送人送七步
作为商务人士
必须认识到送客比接待更重要
送客做不好
可能会使整个接待工作功亏一篑
在送客时
需要注意以下礼仪
第一
除非有紧急事务需要马上处理
主人一般不宜主动暗示
结束接待工作
如果要结束接待
需婉转提出借口
例如
对不起
我要参加一个会议
今天就只能到这了
第二
当客人提出告辞时
主人应起身相送
并微笑握手话别
但主人最好等客人起身后再起身
否则会有种下逐客令的感觉
第三
根据与客人的关系
可以将客人送到门口
电梯口或车上
当送客人至门外时
要等客人离开后
再关门
切忌客人还没有离开时
就砰的一声把门关上
当送客人至电梯口时
要等电梯门完全关上后
再离开
在电梯门关闭时
应微微鞠躬
表示道别
当送客人至车上时
客人上车前
应再次寒暄鞠躬
客人离去时
可以礼貌的挥手告别
并目送对方至远去后再离开
