在现实生活中
求职礼仪对于求职者来说
有着近乎苛刻的要求
因为
礼仪是个人素质的一种外在体现
一个自尊
自信
有礼的人
能让人产生好感
并且受到尊重和重视
从而增强其竞争能力
今天
我们就和大家一起来学习一下
求职面试礼仪
俗话说
知已知彼
百战不殆
要迈入职场
首先需要做的
就是认真审视自己
对自己的特点进行客观
细致的分析
从而快速准确的找到职业定位
乔治同学最近在找工作
不过他有一个小苦恼
跟我说
刘老师
我很想根据自己的兴趣
找一个最喜欢的工作
但是又跟自己的专业不相符
爸妈又想让我回到老家
做一个稳定的工作
我又实在是不喜欢
所以来来回回很纠结
很迷茫
后来我就给他讲了一个案例
有一个年轻人
不停地换工作
一直在找寻自己真正的兴趣所在
可是他一直找不到
也搞不清楚
他到底想找一份什么样的工作
于是他去求助了心理学家
心理学家给他讲了一个实验
给参与者看一些计算机随机生成的多边形
越往后图形越复杂
然后
让参与者选出他们觉得最有意思的图形
结果发现
人们选的都是靠后的那些比较复杂的图形
因为这些图能让人联想到
各种各样的动物呀
人物呀之类的
所以觉得有趣
但是
让他们在挑选出
最能带来愉悦感受的图形时
参与者选出的往往都是前面那些
简单的图形了
也就是说
可以得出这样的一个结论
有趣是一种跟不确定高度相关的情绪
当一件事情很复杂
很新奇的时候
人们会觉得它很有趣
而愉悦呢
是一个和确定度高度相关的情绪
一件事情越简单
越稳定
越能让人感到很愉悦
但是很多人分不清自己是喜欢有趣
还是愉悦
所以就会不停的做错选择
而好的工作是能兼顾到有趣和愉悦的
其实我将这个案例讲给乔治听的目的
是想告诉他
好的工作是可以以有趣为基础的
它是对你的工作保持热情的永动机
但决定你能否简单和稳定的
hold住你的工作
是性格和能力
性格决定了你做什么样的工作
最得心应手
会在众人中脱颖而出
比如
性格外向的人适合外交
营销
接待等这些与人打交道比较多的工作
而性格内向的人适合会计
校对
档案等与物打交道比较多的工作
感性的人适合服务
教育
助人等情感投入比较多的工作
而理性的人呢
适合审计
法律
工程师等理性判断为主的工作
清晰认识自己的性格
并选择适合自己的工作
不仅可以让你高效省力的完成任务
成绩往往还会比其他人更突出
这个时候
可能又会有同学问了

是的
专业是我们选择职业的重要参考依据
因为四年的专业学习
让我们掌握了找工作的核心依据
能力
这也是唯一一个
可以通过自己的努力
发生很大变化的因素
求职前梳理下自己的能力清单
是很有必要的
专业素质是你打开工作世界的敲门砖
是你能力清单中必备的
综合能力则展示了你的核心竞争力
是你出奇制胜的法宝

选择擅长的工作
合理避开自己的短板
会让你的求职和事业发展事半功倍
那么问题又来了
怎样才能够让这种愉悦感持久呢
价值观决定了你在你所选择的职业
或者行业内能否有长足的发展
我们所熟知的宜家公司
它是一个有着鲜明价值观的公司
在宜家
成本概念深入到经营方式
产品生产等各个方面
大部分家居产品都需要顾客手工组装和运输
以节约成本
这种风格吸引了同样有着成本主义情节的人
近年来员工流失率一直维持在10%左右
远低于26%的行业平均水平
这就是因为宜家创始人
公司
员工都有着表现一致的纽带
就是价值观
如果你追求的价值观是冒险精神
不甘平凡
不断超越自我
那么你可能就不适合比较稳定而封闭的职业
但如果你的价值观是追求平稳幸福
陪伴父母
兼顾家庭
那么你也许不适合背井离乡
在北上广白手起家
还有一点要提醒大家的是
父母的价值观有时候对你的求职方向
有着决定性的作用
所以在求职前好好的跟父母谈一谈
告诉他们你的想法
并听取他们的意见
会让你的职业选择更加客观

那么怎么锁定目标呢
所谓知己知彼
知己的同时应该知彼
下一步我们一起来探索工作世界
锁定目标
首先
要形成自己预期的职业库
很多同学不知道如何进行工作世界的探索
其中一个很重要的原因
就是工作世界的信息浩如烟海
根本搞不清楚应该从哪里入手
更谈不上如何筛选了
如果有一个探索范围
就会容易很多
通过性格
专业等因素的考量
先初步形成一个探索的范围
除此之外
每个人还有自己心中最理想的职业
也可以把它列出来
结合你的能力和价值观再次从职业清单中进行筛选
最终就得到了你预期的职业库
通常保留5-10 个目标岗位是比较适中的
在信息探索过程中
抛开自己固有的想法
保持开放的心态
就容易获得客观的信息
其次
职业库形成之后
我们需要问问自己
我了解我将要从事的职业吗
我知道这份职业在能力上有什么要求吗
我将选择的职业属于哪个行业呢
行业发展前景又如何
那现在我要找的工作岗位在哪里呢
只有了解了这些工作世界的信息
才能够找到与自己匹配的职业
也才知道今后求职的方向
找到你需要的信息也是一种本领
网上也好
招聘会也好
实习也好
直接请教也好
都会给你提供很多信息
但是这些信息就像小马过河一样
需要你去辨别筛选
不会有一套现成的
又刚好适合你的资料
供你使用的
所以你要大量地浏览
搜集
整理资料
形成一套自己筛选的标准
以及资料库
最后
综合职业库中的岗位
和你准备的资料库信息
层层筛选
锁定最终的目标岗位
