3.2 写作中最常见的三种句式技巧错误

本节课重点学习写作中最常见的三种句式技巧错误

例如

不 你不需要喝任何神奇的魔药

你只需要喝水 经常运动 正确饮食 睡眠充足

切勿吸烟 少量饮酒 并定期去看医生(第一段)

另一个例子

快餐是人们如今超重的一个原因;

你需要花时间准备你每日所需营养的饭菜 (第三段)

你能找到阅读课文一中这两个句子的相似之处吗

它们都包含分号 我们可以用逗号替换它吗

当然不行 这样做会出错

也就是说 我们会创建一个run-ons

Run-ons(粘连句)是指两个完整的想法 因没有给出足以标示

它们之间应该中断的符号来而粘连在一起的句子

粘连句分两种类型 融合句和逗号拼接

融合句没有标点符号来标记两种想法之间的中断

例如

公共汽车突然停了下来我把咖啡洒满了我的衬衫

逗号拼接是最常见的粘连句

学生们意识到两种想法之间需要某种联系

因此他们经常在分界点上加上逗号

例如

公共汽车突然停了下来 我把咖啡洒满了我的衬衫

有下列四种方法修改粘连句

1)使用句号和大写字母分隔句子

公共汽车突然停了下来 我把咖啡洒满了我的衬衫

2)使用逗号以及连词(and, but, for, or, nor, so, yet)

例如

公共汽车突然停了下来结果我把咖啡洒满了我的衬衫

3)使用分号连接两个完整的想法

例如

公共汽车突然停了下来 我把咖啡洒满了我的衬衫

分号可以单独使用 也可以搭配过渡词使用

However, nevertheless, on the other hand,instead, meanwhile, otherwise, indeed,

in addition, also, moreover, furthermore, as a result, thus, consequently, therefore etc.

例如

我敢参加派对 但是我的丈夫喜欢结识新朋友

4)从属关系

连接相关想法的第四种方式是运用从属关系

从属关系是一种表明句子中的一个想法不如另一个想法那么重要的方式

例如

因为公共汽车突然停了下来所以我把咖啡洒满了我的衬衫

另一个例子

图书馆刚刚关闭 我无法借到任何馆藏书

因为图书馆刚刚关闭所以我无法借到任何馆藏书

写作中另一种常见的句子技巧错误是误置修饰语

误置修饰语是由于位置不恰当

而无法描述作者意图的词

误置修饰语会使句子令人费解或无意中变得滑稽

为了避免这种情况将单词尽可能地放置在它们所描述的内容附近

例如

乔治不能开着他的小跑车去上班因为腿断了

乔治腿断了 因此他不能开着他的小跑车去上班

他每天晚上20分钟几乎刷牙

他每天晚上刷牙将近20分钟

写作中第三种常见的句子技巧错误是悬垂修饰语

悬垂修饰语是指位于句子开头

没有达到作者意图的描述性词语

换句话说位于句首的修饰语

其后必须紧跟其描述的词

否则 就会成为悬垂修饰语 并且该句子会有歧义

例如

在看报纸时 我的狗和我坐在台阶上

我在看报纸的时候 我的狗和我坐在台阶上

在看报纸时 我和我的狗坐在台阶上
