1. 什么叫针灸

针灸是中医的一种常见疗法

在针灸过程中执业医师会在

病人身体的各个部位插入细针

刺激感觉神经和肌肉 以促进自我恢复

2. 针灸的理论依据是什么

按照中医的经络理论

针灸疗法主要是通过疏通经络 调和气血

来达到阴阳归于平衡

脏腑趋于调和之目的

针灸继承了中医的特点

内病外治

黄帝内经记载

善用针者 从阴引阳

从阳引阴 以右治左

以左治右

主要疗法是用针刺入病人身体的一定穴位

或用艾火的温热刺激烧灼病人的穴位

以达到刺激经络 治疗病痛的目的

3. 针灸和其他中医疗法是否在全世界都受欢迎呢

针灸以其独特的优势

流传至今并传播到了世界

如今 针灸与中餐 功夫(亦称作中国武术)

中药一起被海外赞誉为

中国的新四大国粹

以下是一篇中国国际电视台于2018年4月18日的报道

近日 它又回到了英国和美国的人民的视野中

世界各地的网民都高度赞扬这种有着上千年历史的疗法

只因它在缓解疼痛 压力和其他疾病方面有着显著效果

英国传播最广的小报《太阳报》于上周二

在其网站上介绍了针灸的基本知识

称尽管缺乏科学依据

但针灸已被广泛用于治疗各种健康问题

尤其是牙齿 关节以及术后疼痛

《太阳报》还提到了针灸能有效提高生育能力

这一结论引用了2016年发表在《临床针灸杂志》上的一项研究

研究发现 接受针灸治疗的女性怀孕的几率增加到了43.3%

而接受药物治疗的女性怀孕的几率为20%

这可能与针灸有助于维持激素平衡有关

这并不是中医第一次进军西方

早在2004年 美国女演员格温妮丝·帕特洛就曾在走红毯时被发现

身上有瘀伤 这其实是拔火罐留下的

拔火罐是中医的另一治疗方法 即把加热的杯子放在皮肤上产生吸力

有助于缓解疼痛和炎症

也有人称之为深层组织按摩

像针灸一样 拔火罐也受到了运动员和名人的欢迎

其中包括美国游泳运动员迈克尔·菲尔普斯 在2016年里约热内卢奥运会

男子4x100米自由泳接力决赛中被拍到拔火罐留下的独特印记

此外还有美国女演员詹妮弗·安妮斯顿和加拿大歌手贾斯汀·比伯

在刚结束的北京半程马拉松比赛中

来中国学习中医的国际学生运用按摩 针灸和拔火罐技术

帮助运动员进行赛后恢复 赢得了很多人的赞赏

随着世界上越来越多的人体验到针灸

和其他中医疗法给身体带来的好处

越来越多的中医诊所开业 中医更加触手可及

现代针灸就是一个很好的例子

2018年2月 现代针灸在美国开了第七家特许经营店

如今 中医能为人们提供身心健康

随着其推广和教育 中医有望走得更远
