同学们好,在过滤这章的最后一节

我们再为大家介绍另外一种快滤池,移动罩滤池

移动罩滤池一般是由若干滤格组成一组滤池运行

而一组滤池可以利用一个可以移动的冲洗罩轮流对各个滤格进行冲洗

这个图表示了由24个滤格组成、双行排列的移动罩滤池组

我们可以看到,滤池具有共同的进水、出水系统

而滤层的上部和底部的配水渠是相互连通的

我们来看看,移动罩滤池是如何运行的

原水由进水管经穿孔配水墙配水,进入到滤池

通过滤层过滤后,由底部配水室收集

进入钟罩式出水虹吸中心管,再通过出水堰流出,然后进入清水池

当过滤进行一段时间,某一个滤格需要冲洗时

冲洗罩由桁车带动,移至该滤格上面安置好

并封住滤格顶部,同时采用抽吸设备抽走排水虹吸管中的空气

形成虹吸后,冲洗开始

冲洗水来自这一组滤池其他滤格的过滤水,这一点和虹吸滤池是类似的

在一个滤格冲洗时,滤池组仍可向清水池继续供水

冲洗完毕后,冲洗罩移动到下一个滤格,再准备对下一滤格进行冲洗

下面我们来看看移动罩滤池在过滤和冲洗过程中的水头变化

这是在过滤过程中的过滤水头

即滤池的水位Z1和出水堰的水位Z2之差,一般为1.2-1.5m

而出水堰水位Z2和排水渠水封井的水位Z3之差

即为冲洗过程的冲洗水头,一般为1.0-1.2m

移动罩滤池的池体结构比较简单

因为使用一个移动冲洗罩,对各滤格循序地连续冲洗

因此不需要设置专门的冲洗水箱和水泵,也没有大型阀门,管件比较少

但比其他快滤池增加了机电和控制设备

自动控制和维修比较复杂,主要适用于大、中水处理厂
