刘雷波-长聘教授,长江学者特聘教授-清华大学-

清华大学长聘教授、博导、长江学者特聘教授、国家级一流本科课程负责人。1999年和 2004 年在清华电子系和微电子所分别取得学士和博士学位,随后留校任教,2006年~2017年先后在欧洲微电子中心、麻省理工学院、林肯大学和牛津大学进修与访问。主持三门课,分别是:本科生核心课《集成电路基础I(英)》、研究生选修课《VLSI数字信号处理》、大规模网络开放课程《数字集成电路分析与设计(英)》。曾获国家级一流本科课程、清华大学精品课程、北京市青年教师教学竞赛一等奖、清华大学青年教师教学优秀奖、清华大学青年教师教学竞赛一等奖、MOOC教学先锋奖等。所主持的网络开放课程入选首批教育部高校在线教学国际平台。 科研工作主要集中在软件定义芯片、集成电路硬件安全、 VLSI 数字信号处理上。已发表高水平论文300余篇、授权发明专利 100 余项(美国专利 20 余项)、出版著作 5 部、参与制定国家标准 1 项。关键技术在一系列国家重大工程中实现批量应用。曾获国家技术发明奖二等奖、中国专利金奖、教育部技术发明奖一等奖、世界互联网大会 15 项领先科技成果奖等。
