My Own Swordsman is a sitcom that was quite popular more than a decade ago.
The scene that Lv Xiucai talks Ji Wuming to death is most liked by students,
which is also a plot that received high praise from the audiences.
Based on this scene,
the students created a shadow play,
called Lv Xiucai Battles Against Ji Wuming.
In this play,
Ji Wuming appears in a role of painted-face.
Now, let's take a look at how this figure is stylized.
In the play,
Ji Wuming is set as a figure who is highly skilled in martial arts,
but with an impetuous character.
So we mainly painted the face brown,
and made his body larger than other roles to form sharp comparison with the frail-looking image of Lv Xiucai.
In this way, the dramatic conflict is further highlighted,
leaving the audiences with meaningful afterthoughts about the end of the story.
