遗传与肿瘤

肿瘤会不会遗传

真正属于遗传的肿瘤

是少数属于遗传病的肿瘤

可以表现为是两个方面

一 呈常染色体显性遗传的肿瘤

这个治病因子传给子代

子代就会发病

或者带有这个致病基因

比如说 视网膜母细胞瘤

肾母细胞瘤

肾上腺

或者神经节的神经母细胞瘤

结肠多发性的腺瘤性的息肉病

神经纤维瘤病

这些肿瘤是属于遗传病

可以直接遗传

第二

表现的是常染色体隐性遗传的

遗传综合症

它的遗传的位点

比如说Bloom综合症

它累积的是DNA修复基因

Li-Fraumeni综合症

累积的是P53基因

从这个角度它是遗传的

但是

一旦这个DNA修复基因损伤

P53基因损伤

这些病人就容易患肿瘤

表现的是遗传易感性

也就是表现为家庭群聚现象

什么是遗传易感性肿瘤

这种肿瘤的遗传

它是多基因遗传

再加上环境因素

多方面的因素综合起来

来表现出家庭群聚现象

在肝癌 胃癌 乳腺癌

都有这种家庭群聚现象

那么爷爷患肝癌了

爸爸也患肝癌

那小孩子患肝癌的可能性怎么样

从这个家族来讲

他们的抗癌能力

受多基因遗传

但又同时处在同一个

生活环境当中

因此就可能容易患肝癌

表现做家庭的群聚现象

而不是肝癌的

真正的直接遗传

在西方我们有一种说法叫

外祖母的阴影

也就是说

外祖母患乳腺癌了

妈妈患乳腺癌了

判断到那个女孩

将来会不会患乳腺癌

那么

乳腺癌的发生也和遗传有关

它表现的也是

遗传易感性

而不是乳腺癌的一个直接的遗传

因此

绝大多数的肿瘤

都不是直接的遗传
