下面我们来讲讲脉诊的意义

诊脉是中医临床不可缺少的

诊察步骤和内容

脉象之所以重要 是由于

脉象能传递机体各部分的生理和病理信息

是窥视体内功能变化的窗口

可为诊病 辨证提供重要的依据

脉诊的意义

可归纳为以下四个方面

第一

脉诊可以辨别病证部位

比如 浮主表 沉主里

两手的寸口

左手寸关尺分别对应的是心肝肾

右手寸关尺分别对应的是肺脾命

所以

脉诊可以来辨别病证的部位

第二

脉诊还可以来判断病证的性质

比如 数脉 洪脉 滑脉和长脉 多见于热证

其中数而有力为实热证

数而无力为虚热证

而洪脉 滑脉和长脉的正气充足 气血旺盛

因此这三种脉象均只见于实热证

迟脉和紧脉 多见于寒证

其中

迟而有力为实寒证

迟而无力为虚寒证

而紧脉的正气不虚

是有力的脉象

因此只见于实寒证

第三

脉诊还可以用来分辨邪正的盛衰

比如

有力脉 多为邪气亢盛 正气不衰的实证

无力脉 多为气血不足 精亏 阳气虚衰的虚证

第四

脉诊还可以来推断病证的进退

比如 外感病

脉象如果由浮转沉

是病邪由表入里的一种表现

脉象由沉转浮

是病邪由里出表 病情好转的一个表现

再比如 久病的病人

如果脉象和缓 或 脉力渐增

提示胃气渐复 疾病向愈

如果久病气虚 或失血 泄泻 而脉象虚大

提示为邪盛正衰 病情加重

还比如 热病的脉象 多滑数

如果汗出热退 脉转缓和

这是病情好转的征象

如果大汗 热退身凉

而脉变得更加急促烦躁

这是病情加重的征象 有亡阳的可能

通过诊脉 可以了解气血的虚实 阴阳的盛衰

脏腑功能的强弱 以及邪正力量的消长

为治疗指引方向

脉诊对于中医医生来说是非常重要的

医生如果不识脉就无以辨证

不辨证就无以论治

因此只有精通脉理才能够成为良医

而对于大众学习者来说

学会自我诊脉 也是判断自身健康的一个

又便宜又好的工具

当然 无论是医生还是大众学习者

初次学习脉诊

会感觉“心中了了,指下难明”

尤其是很多脉象是用意会的词语去描述的

比如“如轻刀刮竹”

“如絮浮水”“如按琴弦”

“如牵绳转索”等等

这就需要广大学习者

多在临床上或者生活中去不断体会

总结和积累经验

另外 也建议广大学习者

多请教有经验的医生

让有经验的医生指导进行脉诊指导

这往往会起到事半功倍的效果
