下面我们继续学习寒热的第二种类型

但寒不热

但寒不热是指病人只感觉到寒冷而不觉发热的症状

这是里寒证的特征

但寒不热的怕冷通常是因为感受寒邪

或者因为阳气不足 阴寒内生所导致的

根据发病的缓急 或者是病程的长短

临床上通常把但寒不热分为两种类型

第一种就是新病恶寒

新病恶寒是指病人突然感觉怕冷

但是体温不升高的症状

新病恶寒常伴有四肢不温

或者脘腹 肢体冷痛

或者呕吐泄泻

或者咳喘痰鸣 脉沉紧等症状

主要见于里实寒证

多因寒邪直中内脏 导致了阳气受到遏制

肌表失去了温煦而表现出来的恶寒

体温并不升高

第二种就是久病畏寒

久病畏寒是指的病人经常感觉到怕冷 四肢凉

但是得温可缓的症状

久病畏寒常常兼有面色晄白

舌淡 胖嫩 脉弱等特点

主要是指的里虚寒(阳虚)证

多因为阳气虚弱 机体失去温煦所导致的

因此但寒不热主要见于里寒证

其中新病恶寒 见于里实寒证

而久病畏寒 见于里虚寒(阳虚)证
