我们继续学习津液理论
我们从三个方面来学习
分别是 津液的概念
津液的生成 输布和排泄
以及津液的功能
首先 我们来学习津液的概念
津液是一个地道的中医学的概念
津液是指的人体内一切正常水液的总称
津液是构成人体和维持人体生命活动的基本物质之一
津和液是有区别的
津 主要是指的 质地比较清稀 流动性比较大
分布在体表 皮肤 肌肉 孔窍和血脉中
起到滋润作用的这部分津液
液 是指质地稠厚 流动性比较小
分布在骨节 脏腑 脑 髓等等组织中
起濡养作用的这部分津液
津液在体内是如何生成 输布和排泄的呢
他们与脏器有什么样的关系呢
下面我们来看看津液的生成
津液的生成 主要是
饮食入胃 通过胃的受纳腐熟
游溢精气 把食糜传向小肠
小肠分清别浊 大肠燥化 吸收部分水分
其中 清者经过脾的运化为津液
含清的水液经脾运输至肺
通过肺的通调 肾的气化
一部分再重吸收 化为清 成为津液
这就是津液的生成
我们可以看出
津液生成 主要与肺 脾 肾这三脏功能相关
津液的输布 除了与脾的运化
肺的通调水道
和肾的蒸腾气化之外有关
它还与肝的疏泄 调畅气机
以及三焦的决渎 通利水道有关
津液的排泄也与肺 脾 肾这三脏密切相关
一方面 通过肺 将津液输布到体表
使津液化生为汗液 排出体外
另外 肺在呼气的时候也可以带走部分的水液
另一方面 肾将水液蒸腾气化以后的废物 形成尿液
这是津液排泄最主要的部分
第三就是 津液通过粪便
经大肠排出时 会带走一部分残余的水分
所以我们可以看出来
津液的排泄
其实也与上焦肺 中焦脾胃和下焦肾有密切的关系
所以津液的生成 输布和排泄
也就是津液的整个代谢过程
都与肺 脾 肾这三脏密切相关
如果肺 脾 肾这三脏出现病变
就可能会导致津液的生成不足 输布和排泄障碍
就可能会导致津液不足
或者是津液在体内蓄积而引起的痰 饮 水 湿等等病证
津液有什么功能呢
津和液 都具有滋润和濡养的作用
首先我们来说说清稀的津
津 主要分布在肌表 孔窍 血脉和内脏中
起着滋润的作用
它可以滋润皮毛 肌肤
可以滋润眼 鼻 口 舌等孔窍
能够充养血脉 构成血液的组成部分
能够滋润濡养脏腑组织器官
而稠厚的液 可以渗注于骨 脊 脑髓中
充养骨髓 脊髓 脑髓
可以注入关节中 润滑关节 以利屈伸
所以如果津液不足
以上的各个肌表 孔窍 血脉和内脏
以及骨节 关节等等 就会失去濡养
而表现出 口渴 尿少 眼干 口干 鼻干 唇干
舌干 皮肤干以及大便干燥等等这些津液亏虚的症状
甚至可能会出现严重的皮肤干瘪 眼眶凹陷等液脱的症状
