场景实验研究比自我报告要好
但没有神经科学研究好
神经科学可以使用不同仪器对人们进行测量
但场景实验对研究很有帮助 尤其对学生来说
如果你没有好的资源
如果你没有合作伙伴与你进行神经科学研究
我认为场景实验也是一个很好的方法
因为它可以减少因记忆缺失带来的偏差
为什么我们总认为自我报告不好
例如 请回忆过去六个月 或最近一次你入住酒店的体验
我会记起昨天的经历 而有些人记起的是三个月前
有些人记起的是六个月前 我们却把所有数据放在一起分析
而且我住的酒店与他(她)住的酒店也不同
我住的是一家豪华酒店 他(她)住的是一家汽车旅馆
体验可能会完全不同
此外 通过回忆唤醒记忆
试想一下 假如我昨天住过一家酒店 今天我又住到另一家酒店
这家酒店比昨天的好很多
那么我就不会对昨天住过的酒店给出好的评价
因此 对于试图获得真实反应的研究来说 采用回忆调查是非常具有争议的
因为测量误差的存在 你测量的不是被试的真实感受
而场景实验研究 至少当你阅读完情景材料或进入虚拟现实测试时
你会给出及时的反馈
而且每个小组都面临着相同的情境 不像上述例子那样
我住在五星级酒店 其他人住在二星级酒店
而我们回答的却是同样的问题
所以我觉得场景实验是一个很好的方法
