那么什么是时间管理

为什么时间管理很重要

时间管理是个体

有效利用时间

完成日常工作的能力

建立例行程序

并尽可能坚持这一例行程序以完成他们的日常基本任务

时间管理对于减少你的工作负担很重要

每个人都是不同的

有些人认为他们可以在最后一分钟完成所有任务

但是工作的负担给人压力

使人不能有效地完成任务

另一方面

如果一个人每天完成他们的小任务

那么最终它会带来快乐和满足感

在做任何一个项目或写一篇论文的时候

首要的事情就是制定你的工作计划

说明你将如何以及何时完成你的工作

在写论文时

遵循论文写作的阶段

并为每个阶段划分时间

除此之外把每一项任务都分成小任务

每天努力完成这些小任务

例如如果你正处于选题阶段

就把你每天必须阅读的研究文章的数量分开

每天可以是1 2或3篇文献

不要制定一个非常难以完成的时间表

但要每天完成一些小任务

正确管理时间的另一件重要的事情是

确定活动的优先级

你必须按顺序工作

比如你会先选择主题

然后设计研究方法

有时学生会

浪费很多时间

思考他们应该先做什么

以便更好的工作和及时完成

另一件重要的事是守时或坚持你的计划
