虽然打浆机与其它打浆设备相比较

具有消耗功率大
the beater has the characteristics of high power consumption

占地面积大及间歇作业等特点

但是由于它能处理各种不同性质的纸浆
However, it can handle a variety of different properties of pulp

并且通过运行条件的改变

可以获得不同要求的纸浆特性

因此在现今和今后

国内外造纸厂中某些情况下仍有所使用

打浆机发明至今
Although many improvements have been made

虽然经历了很多的改进
since the invention of the beater

但其结构的主要部分仍然保持了原有的构造
the main parts of its structure remain the original structure

打浆机主要由浆槽、底刀、飞刀辊
The beater is mainly composed of a pulp cell, a bed knife, a rotary knife roller

压力及间隙调节机构、洗鼓等组成
a pressure and gap adjusting mechanism, a washing drum and so on

从打浆机的结构图和结构组成

可以比较容易的理解打浆机的工作原理

圆柱形磨浆机
Disk pulper

也称为圆柱磨浆机和圆柱精浆机
also known as disk pulper and cylindrical refiner

是一种连续打浆设备
is one kind of continuous beating equipment

可以多台串联或并联进行打浆
They can be used for beating in series or in parallel

可用它打高粘状浆、粘状浆和游离浆
and can be used to beat high viscosity pulp, viscous pulp and free pulp

与打浆机相比
Compared with the beater

圆柱磨浆机的底刀组数量多
the disk pulpers have a large number of bed blades

包围飞刀辊的总弧长要长得多
and the total arc length around the rotary knife roller is much longer

总体结构也比打浆机要紧凑得多
the overall structure is much more compact than the beater

它的单位动力消耗为普通打浆机的
1/2~1/3 its unit power consumption is 1/2~1/3 of the common beater

随着圆柱形磨浆机的发展

根据纸浆在磨浆区流动方向

可分为单流式圆柱磨浆机

单向流式圆柱形磨浆机
Single flow disk pulper

也称为传统型圆柱形磨浆机
is also called traditional disk pulper

在这类圆柱形磨浆机中
In such disk pulper

纸浆从圆柱形磨浆机体的一端进浆
the pulp is fed from one end of the disk pulper

进入磨浆区
into the refining zone

然后在另一端出浆
and then the pulp is discharged at the other end

双向流式圆柱形磨浆机
Double flow disk pulper

也称为帕琵龙型(Papillon)圆柱形磨浆机
also known as Papillon disk pulper

是新一代圆柱形磨浆机
is a new generation of disk pulper

在这类圆柱形磨浆机中
In this type of disk pulper

纸浆从圆柱形磨浆机体
pulp is fed from the axial center of the disk pulper

轴向中心进浆进入磨浆区中间
into the middle of the refining zone

然后分别向相反方向在磨浆机体两端出浆
and then is discharged at both ends of the pulper in the opposite direction

to introduce the working principle of the disk pulper

单向流式圆柱形磨浆机是由
Single flow disk pulper is composed of

一个圆柱形刀辊
a cylindrical cutter roller

和沿刀辊圆柱分布的
and four groups of fan-shaped bed cutters

四组扇形底刀所组成
distributed along the cylinder of the cutter roller

它通过加压介质使四组定子刀
They press four sets of stator blades to the surface of the cutter roller

压向刀辊的表面
through the pressure medium

产生一定的磨浆比压
producing a fixed pulp specific pressure

浆料从进浆管进入磨浆机内
The pulp enters into the pulper from the feed tube

随刀辊转动的喂料叶轮把浆料均匀分布
and get distributed the evenly with the feed impeller rotating with the cutter roller

浆料通过刀辊和定子刀的间隙时
The pulp is grinded through the gap

受到了磨浆的作用
between the cutter and the stator knife

由送料叶轮把浆料经排浆管排出
and the pulp is discharged through the discharge pipe by the feed impeller

浆料只能从一端进
The pulp can only fed in from one end

另一端出
and out from the other end

并且间隙调节靠底刀活动
and the gap adjustment depends on the bed knife movement

and the rotor is fixed

这和打浆机有区别
which is different from the beater

常用的底刀加压装置有

拆装方便

定子刀进退灵活

换刀更方便
It is more convenient to change the cutter

减少维修工作量
and reduces the maintenance workload

制造容易,设备成本低
It is easy to manufacture and the equipment is low cost

由于单向流式圆柱形磨浆机必须依靠
The single flow disk pulper must rely on the pressure difference

纸浆进出口的压差
between the inlet and outlet of the pulp

和飞刀辊两端的推浆叶轮
and use the impeller at both ends of the rotary blade roller

来使纸浆进出磨浆区域
to make the pulp in and out of the pulping area

使得轴向受力较大
so that the axial force is large

基本工作原理为

磨浆区的左右两个区域

Comparing with the single flow cylindrical grinders

具有如下特点
this machine has the following characteristics

首先,浆料输送
first, pulp transport

和磨浆过程中的操作彼此独立
and the operation of the pulping are independent of each other

其次,由于纤维层数较多
secondly, because of the large number of fiber layers

对单根纤维的处理几率增大
the processing probability of the single fiber increased

较好地发挥了纤维强度的潜能
which brings a better performance for the potential of the fiber strength

根据纤维原料的不同
Depending on the specie of fiber materials

磨浆单位负荷大约提高10%~20%
the unit load of the pulp is increased by about 10% ~ 20%

由于在整个磨浆区的磨浆速度不变
not only the energy consumption of the pulping is reduced

不仅降低了磨浆能耗
but also the pulping quality is improved

而且提高了磨浆质量
because the pulping speed in the whole pulping area is unchanged

还有就是空载动力消耗大幅度降低
There is significant reduction in the no-load power consumption

可以降低45%
which can be reduced by 45%

与锥形磨浆机和双圆盘磨浆机相比
Compared with the conical and double disk pulper

转子无需轴向浮动
there is no need for rotor axial flow

易使磨盘间隙均匀一致
which is easy to make the gap between disks uniform

提高了磨浆品质
and improve the pulping quality

最后就是设备易操作性好,且易于维修
Finally, the equipment is easy to operate and maintain

从某种意义上说可以把圆柱磨浆机视为
