第三节 圆网成形装置
Section 3 Cylinder Forming Device
圆网造纸机的网部
The wire section of the cylinder paper machinery
常简称圆网
is often referred to as the cylinder
主要由网笼、网槽和伏辊组成
which is mainly composed of the wire cage, the wire trough and the couch
网笼浸放在网槽中
Wire cage is immersed in the wire trough
随着网笼的回转
With the rotation of the wire cage
由于网内外液位的差
because of the difference of the liquid level inside and outside the wire
浆料中的纤维等物料因过滤作用
the fiber in the pulp and other materials are deposited
不断沉积到网笼的网面上
on the wire surface of the wire cage because of the filtering action
当纤维层通过网笼上方的伏辊时
When the fiber layer passes through the couch at the top of the cage
就自网面转移到

包住伏辊的无端毛毯上

从而形成连续的湿纸幅

圆网结构简单
The cylinder is simple in structure
占地面积小,投资少
small in area and less in investment
多用于抄造要求

较低的薄纸、卡纸和纸板
cardboard and paperboard with low requirement
圆网的纸幅成形过程
The paper web forming process of cylinder
基本上是一个过滤过程
is basically a filtering process
在圆网造纸机上
In the cylinder
网笼内的白水不断排出
the white water in the wire cage is discharged continuously
并与网笼外的浆位
and a constant pressure difference is formed
形成一定压差
with the pulp level outside the wire cage
由此产生的过滤现象
The resulting filtering phenomenon
使纤维附着到网面上

随着网笼的回转

而不断地形成纸幅

过滤的压差

在抄造薄型纸张时,影响是明显的

下面介绍一下三种网槽的特点

顺流式

浆流与网转动方向相同

有很大的脱水弧长

可以使用浓度较低的纸浆

成纸的匀度较好

紧度较大,也较平滑
the compactness is bigger, and smoother
结构简单,清洗方便
simple in structure, easy to clean
适用于各种文化用纸
It is applicable to make all kinds of cultural paper
一般薄纸、原纸
common thin paper, original paper
纸绳纸、油封纸等的抄造
paper rope paper, oil seal paper and so on
逆流式
Counter-flow type
纸浆流动方向与圆网转动相反
pulp flow direction is opposite to the cylinder rotation
上网浓度高
with high concentration of approaching wire
白水浓度大
high white water concentration
纤维流失多
more fiber loss
纵横张力比小
small vertical and horizontal tension ratio
纸质疏松,透气度大
loose paper, and big air permeability
表面有竖立的小纤维
the surface has erect small fiber
适合于抄造纸板
suitable for making paper board
活动弧形板式网槽
Movable arc-shaped plate-type wire trough
浆速可调,应用广
adjustable pulp speed, wide application
成形弧较短,上网浓度高
Forming arc is shorter, wire density is higher
纤维流失较多
fiber loss is more
浆料的上网压力大
The pressure of the pulp is high
有利于改善纸页的匀度
which is helpful to improve the uniformity of the paper
成纸的紧度和纵横向张力比小
The paper’s compactness and transverse tension ratio is small
透气度较高

纸页的背面较粗糙
the back of the paper page is rough
网易脏,易产生透光点
The wire is easy to dirty, easy to produce light point
由于圆网成成形装置

存在临界速度

即为当湿纸页所受到的离心力
that is, when the centrifugal force on the wet paper sheet
与在网上的重力相等时

湿纸页处于临界状态

此时的圆网圆周速度称为

在最大脱水点会产生细小的湍动

这对层间结合与匀度均是有利的

最后,形成的湿纸幅随毛毯

进入下一圆网或是去压榨部
