磨片的基本齿形分
The basic tooth profile of the disk is divided into two types
疏解型和帚化型两种
namely, defibering and fibrillation
通常正锯齿和斜锯齿形的磨纹

用来疏解纸浆
are used for the pulp defibering
平齿形和圆齿形的磨纹
flat and circular teeth
可以用来帚化纸浆纤维

盘磨机上磨盘的磨纹选择
The choice of grinding pattern of disc
关系到盘磨机能否正常操作
is related to if the disc pulper operates normally
和达到预期打浆效果的问题

例如打浆浓度较高的纸浆
With the high consistency pulp
磨纹宜采用窄的刀纹和浅的沟槽
narrow knife grain and shallow groove should be used
以便减少纸浆在沟槽中沉积与堵塞现象
so as to reduce the deposition and blocking phenomenon of pulp in the groove
有助于纸浆的运动

当纸浆已经大多数

当磨纹转动方向

前者有利于纸浆质量的提高

后者有利于产量的增加
while the latter is benefit to the increase of yield
质量降低
but with quality decrease
倾斜角度的大小当然影响着
The angle of inclination certainly affects
打浆产量和质量的增减
the increase and decrease of the pulp yield and quality
挡坝在一定程度上就起着调节作用
The dam plays a regulative role in certain degree

压溃、扭曲、分丝帚化
crush, twisted and fibrillation
从而完成打浆作用
thus complete the beating
最后从盘磨机出浆口排出
and the pulp is discharged from the outlet of the pulper
磨纹的倾向、梯度
Grinding tendency, gradient
以及磨区分为破碎区

首先来看打浆浓度对打浆的影响

打浆浓度高
With high pulp consistency
进入磨齿间的纤维层加厚
the fiber layer between the grinding teeth is thickened
纤维所承受的压力降低
the pressure of the fiber is reduced
大部分纤维可以避免受到切断

同时纤维受到强烈的揉搓和压挤作用

打浆浓度低

磨齿间的纤维量少

有利于纤维的切断作用

盘磨机在使用过程中需要注意一些事项
Things need to pay attention to during disc pulper operation
比如,在运转中
For example, in the operation of the disc pulper
如果发现盘磨机中有异响
if there is abnormal noise
如有坚硬杂物进入盘磨机
or if there is hard debris fall into the disc pulper
或磨片碎裂等
or the grinding disk is broken, etc.
应立即停机
the machine should be shut down immediately
切勿退刀
do not withdraw the knife
如果在盘磨机转动时退刀
If the knife is withdrawn when the disc pulper is rotating
硬物会进入磨片间将磨齿打坏
the hard object will go into the grinding disk and damage the grinding teeth
必须在盘磨机停止运转后
Wait till the disc pulper stops operation
打开盘磨机清除杂物
open the disc pulper to remove debris
如果听到有金属噪音
If a metal noise is heard
则表示断浆或进刀过多
it means broken pulp or knife forward too much
引起磨片间的相互摩擦
causing friction between the pieces
这时需迅速调整电流或退刀
At this time, you need to quickly adjust the current or retreat the knife
如果换新磨片后
If the grinding disc is replaced
需先开空车
you need to run the machine with empty load
校验磨片是否完全吻合
to check whether the grinding disc is completely consistent
如果磨片不平整
If the grinding disk is not flat
或者是有震动现象
or there is vibration
需要进行水磨至完全吻合才能够使用
it needs to be grinded with water until it is completely matched
