和相关的饮食习俗

重要的是要了解

每个人都吃同样的菜

但在许多西方国家

从自己的盘子之外的盘子里

拿食物

被认为是不礼貌的

每个人都有自己的餐盘

在中国

大部分时间使用筷子

但在许多西方国家

他们用刀叉或勺汤

在泰国

可以用叉子和勺子

但不能把叉子放进嘴里

而是要用它来把食物

弄到你的勺子里

在南美的一些地区

不能用手触摸

食物的任何部分

甚至是薯条和比萨饼

在印度

不能用任何工具

只能用右手吃饭

哇

我不知道有这么多用餐的方法

是的

如果在别的国家

或是别人家里

现在

西方国家也有许多素食者

或纯素者

素食者不吃肉类

而纯素者则更严格

纯素者不能吃的食物包括

所有的与动物有关的食物

这意味着

不能吃肉

不能吃鱼

不能吃鸡蛋

不能喝牛奶

不能喝酸奶

不能吃蜂蜜等

由于有这么多有不同信仰的

素食者和纯素者

在北美的许多餐厅

都有特殊的菜单

保证每位顾客都能找到

他们能吃的食物

那餐桌礼仪呢

我坐在餐桌前该怎么做呢

西方国家的有些家庭

会在吃饭前做短暂的祷告

当然这也是有点老套了

现在很多家庭不这么做了

到了感恩节或圣诞节

这样的大节日

通常全家人都会聚在一起

围坐在一张大餐桌前

这时

你一定要注意自己的餐桌礼仪

不要把胳膊肘放在桌上

也不要去够桌子另一端的菜

如果你需要夹远一点的菜

最好请别人把菜先递给你

世界各地有这么多

和食品有关的规则和习俗呀

我都有点混乱了

是呀

但是这更说明食品

对于每个人来说有多重要
