大家好

管理素质与能力的第二项修炼就是

积极态度和高度责任

这次课我们先来聊一聊

态度决定一切

在进入这次课堂之前

让我们先来 想一想

小王工作已经5年了

眼看着一起进入公司的其他同事

一个个都升职了

而他自己却没有得到上司的青睐

小王心里极不平衡

论学历 小王毕业于重点高校

论能力 小王的业务干得也不赖

那么 是什么让小王被遗忘在角落里

职业顾问发现

小王身上充满了自由的气息

无论是言谈还是举止

都比较随意

而且神态 语气都带着一丝傲慢

小王自己也坦言

我从重点高校毕业出来

能力是比谁都高那么一点点

头确实也抬得也比谁都高那么一点点

于是上班迟到 早退是家常便饭

小王在同事圈里是出了名的清高

与很多同事都有积怨

请大家思考一下

小王总是得不到晋升的机会

问题出在那里

请带着你的思考

一起进入我们这次课程

在现实管理工作中

我们经常会说 态度决定一切

那么 态度是什么呢

我们说

态度是指个体对外界一种比较持久

而且一致的内在心理和行为的倾向

态度并不是从先天带来的

而是在与环境相互作用中形成的

态度不一定决定一切

但是确确实实对我们人的

许多方面都有重要影响

首先 态度影响人的认知与判断

疑邻盗斧 的故事

反应的就是态度

对于我们认知与判断的影响

人们常说 情人眼中出西施

一个长得非常普通的女孩

在她情人的心目中一定是非常漂亮的

同样一件事情

由于大家态度不一样

大家的认知也是不一样的

另外 态度影响人的行为

我在上管理课的时候

经常会讲这样一个故事

有一天 有一个猎人带着猎狗上山打猎

到了山上发现前方有一只野兔子

猎人一枪打过去

很遗憾 没有直接将野兔子打死

但是打伤了野兔子一只脚

这只受了伤的野兔子拼命逃命

这时候 猎人就对身边的猎狗发出指令

去把那只受了伤的野兔子抓回来

大家都知道

一只野兔子 更何况是受了伤的一只野兔子

无论如何都跑不过经过专门训练的猎狗

但是 过来很长一段时间

这只猎狗气喘吁吁 空着手跑回来了

猎人感到很奇怪 野兔子呢 它跑掉啦

那你是怎么回事啊?

主人 我确实尽了力 但是它跑得太快了

这只野兔子逃回到自己的窝

其他野兔子也感到很奇怪

大家都看到它被猎人打伤了腿

而且一只猎狗在拼命的追它

你是怎么能够活着命逃回来

这个时候 野兔子说了一句发人深省的话

这只猎狗在追我的过程中

它确实尽力了 它是在尽力而为

而我为了逃命 我是在全力以赴

因此我们说

一种尽力而为的态度和一种全力以赴的态度

带来的就是两种完全不同的行为结果

态度不仅影响我们的认知

影响我们的行为

而且还会影响到我们从事事情的毅力与耐心

美国心理学家兰伯特曾做过一项试验

他们以基督教徒与犹太教徒作为测试对象

测试他们对痛的忍耐力

第一轮测试发现

他们对痛的忍耐力没有显著差异

在做第二轮测试之前

首先对实验组的每个基督教徒说

根据已有研究

你们基督教徒的耐痛能力不如犹太教徒

结果呢

基督教徒在第二轮测试中的

忍痛的能力明显的提高了

这个实验表明

积极的态度 往往会激发出巨大的能量与忍耐力

在现实管理工作中

对团体有认同感 抱有忠诚态度的员工

当他的团体遭遇挫折时

他往往能够风雨同舟

表现出较强的忍耐力

反之 当团队出现挫折时

他就有可能产生抱怨 牢骚 甚至辞职离去

美国组织心理学家洛萨达考察了

高 中 低三种绩效的团队

他发现存在一个明显的分界线

当一个团队积极与消极的比例大于2.9比1

那么这个团队就会蓬勃发展

当低于这个比例

这个团队的业绩就很不好

这个比例被称之为洛萨达比例

美国哲学家威廉·詹姆斯也提出

我们这一代最伟大的发现就是

人类可以通过改变态度而改变命运

现在 让我们回到本次课开始时的 想一想

你认为 小王总是得不到提升

问题出在那里

我们知道

态度会影响人们的认知与判断

影响人的行为

影响人的耐力与耐心

小王的清高

会让同事对他形成不太好的情感与认知

他经常迟到 早退

会给人形成做事散漫

和工作态度不好的认知

由于小王被大家认为 工作态度不好

也一定会给人形成

工作质量一定不高的这种认知

良好的工作态度是成功的重要保障

虽然小王有一定的能力

但由于他工作态度不端正

是难以成为职场上的成功人士的

学以致用 在这次课结束之前

我给大家留下一个思考题
