管理自然属性与社会属性
在进入这次课程之前
让我们先来 想一想
这是在海尔公司所有生产现场
都可以看到的一双大脚印
叫 6S大脚印
是海尔在加强生产现场
管理方面独创的一种方法
它是在日本的5S管理基础上发展得来的
5S管理是指
整理 整顿 清扫 清洁 素养
这是一种得到广泛应用的
生产现场管理方法
海尔在5个S的基础上
增加了一个S 安全
并在具体的应用过程中
形成了一种独特的 6S大脚印
6S的含义是
整理 留下必要的 其他的都清除掉
整顿 有必要留下来的
要按照指定的位置摆放整齐并且标识清楚
清扫 工作场所看得见和看不见的地方
全部都要打扫干净
清洁 要维持整理 整顿和清扫后的结果
始终要保持干净整洁
素养 每一位员工都要养成良好的习惯
遵守规则
安全 一切工作都要以安全作为前提
海尔每天下班前都要召开班后总结会
如果有谁违反了6S中的任意一条
就要站到这这双大脚印上
自我反省
并接受大家的批评和建议
通过这种负激励的方式
有效地规范了员工的行为
每天表现优秀的员工
也会要站在这双大脚印上
把好的工作方法和经验同大家分享
因此这也是一种正激励的方式
在海尔
6S大脚印 这种生产现场的管理方法
已经深入到了
海尔每一个员工的血液中
做到了6S
他们会感到非常的骄傲
做不到6S
他们也会感到耻辱
作为一种有效的生产现场管理方法
和一种优秀的企业文化
6S大脚印不仅
在海尔的中国工厂全面推广开来
同时也在海尔的海外工厂得到了实施
但是
这样一套在海尔国内工厂行之有效的办法
在海尔的美国工厂却遇到了法律和文化上的障碍
海尔美国工厂的员工根本不愿意
站在这双大脚印上充当反面教员
这样一种富有海尔特色的
6S大脚印 管理方法
到了美国之后
根据美国的文化进行了本土化
在海尔的美国工厂
每天只是由工作表现优异的员工
站在6S大脚印上
向同事来分享他们的经验和方法
请大家想一想
为什么海尔的 6S大脚印
到了美国却 水土不服
从管理角度如何去解释这种现象

管理科学与一些自然科学来相比
有着不完全一样的属性
管理具有二重性
不仅具有自然属性
同时也具有社会属性
首先 管理有着与生产力相联系的客观规律
这种规律不因为
人 组织和环境的变化而变化
这就是管理的自然属性
这是管理科学与其他科学相同的一些属性
由于管理具有自然属性
因此对于其他国家 其他地区 其他企业成功的一些管理模式
我们可以大胆的借鉴
因为成功的管理模式
往往是管理规律的一种体现
是一种自然属性的体现
然而
在A企业成功的一套管理模式
我们简单照搬到B企业
一定可以带来相同的成功吗
不一定 为什么
因为管理同时还具有社会属性
管理它总是与一定的组织环境
社会环境和人文环境息息相关
因此在大胆借鉴其他国家 其他地区 其他企业
一些成功的管理模式的时候
必须与企业自身的情况
所在的组织环境 社会环境
和人文环境相结合
否则同样一套管理模式
在A企业带来的是成功
在B 企业带来的可能就是一种失败
现在
让我们回到课程开始前的 想一想
6S大脚印
在海尔国内工厂得到成功应用
正是由于这种管理方法
体现了管理活动中的一些规律
这是管理自然属性的体现
海尔的美国工厂早期简单照搬
中国工厂的6S大脚印
遇到了员工的抵制
不是这种管理模式本身存在问题
而是由于不同社会文化
不同的社会的传统产生了不同思维方式
世界观或信念
因此需要不同的管理范式
海尔的6S大脚印必须根据
美国本土的文化进行本土化
才可能在美国的海尔工厂
达到良好的效果
这是由管理的社会属性决定的
一些成功的跨国企业
都是十分注重管理的本土化
包括产品的本土化
如肯德基
在印度的肯德基餐厅
一般都会同时卖两种风味的食品
一种是国际通行的
大众化口味的肯德基食品
另一种是印度风味的肯德基食品
里边有咖喱等印度特色的材料
如果你注意观察
你会发现印度风味的
肯德基食品卖得特别的火爆
总是有很多的人排着长队
这说明即使是被全世界
所普遍接受的东西
也是需要本土化的
因此
我们可以去借鉴某种管理模式
但是不能简单的照搬
必须要根据实际情况做出相应的调整
