本节课我们将进行
本单元最后一节课的学习
继续分享美容界的其他新宠
上节课我们简要介绍了
芳疗中的精油稀释
以及常见的基础油特性
本节课将给大家继续推荐几种
日常生活中相对不常见到
但在芳香疗法中
功效卓著的植物油品种
以及植物浸泡油的相关知识
在中国西北地区
有一种特色耐旱植物叫沙棘
沙棘果油便是从沙棘果实中萃取的
沙棘籽油是从种子中萃取的
沙棘油是从沙棘果
和沙棘籽一起萃取的
所以沙棘籽最贵
沙棘果在这三种油中相对最便宜
沙棘果油一般拿来做
皮肤保养油
能够强化细胞再生功能
并且修复受损细胞
保护的效果极佳
可延缓肌肤衰老
对于一些皮肤的干燥
脱皮及敏感肌肤都非常的有效果
在北非摩洛哥
盛产一种坚果油又称阿甘油
它源自英文Argan oil的音译
它是一种功能完美的植物油
既可以帮助身体
抵御外在环境的刺激因子
又能对抗大气中阳光有害的照射
也能搭配椰子油使用
帮助神经性皮炎患者
可润滑并缓解由于角质层失调
所造成的皮肤干燥
发炎 发痒刺激的现象
增强皮肤的免疫系统
对于牛皮癣也非常有效果
阿甘油中除了有益脂肪酸外
还含有2倍于橄榄油的
维生素E 以及甾醇
多酚和角鲨烯等
多种天然活性伴随物成分
对皮肤和头发都有着出色的保养功效
此外 在摩洛哥南部
还有另外一种仙人掌种籽油
又称仙人掌种籽油或仙人掌果籽油
近年来也成为了新宠
它天然温和
各种肤质和各个年龄层的人群均可使用
对消除面部细纹 色斑
妊娠纹 疤痕及痤疮
都有明显功效
当地医师用含有该油的祖传秘方
发现它能很好地重组皮肤组织
抹去病人的伤痕
这个油非常适合做眼部保养油
可以直接配精油使用
吸收很快 非常清透
但这种油产能极低
榨取1升油要消耗300百万粒种子
1升仙人掌种子油可能需要1吨仙人掌果
导致生产成本非常高
所以它的产品价格非常贵的
在非洲干旱地区
还有一种名副其实的长寿树
因猴子喜食其果实
而得名猴面包树
该树的果实压榨出的油
富含各种养肤成份
经常被添加到高端的护肤品中
其中含有维生素F的
高度的滋润皮肤 软化角质层
同时具有安抚皮肤的功效
维生素A和F
具有刺激细胞组织
更新和再生的功效
而维生素E又能有效的对抗衰老
经常使用猴面包树油
可以有效的改善肤色
对于开始失去弹性的皮肤
是上等选择
而对于闭合性痘
肌肤干燥瘙痒等情况
猴面包树(油)均有很明显的效果
以上特种植物油
均适用于所有的肤质
当然 在美容界
还有许多其他的植物油
如玫瑰果油 乳木果油
蓖麻油 山茶油和琼崖海棠油等
它们均可以搭配精油
用于护发和护肤
在喜欢精油和芳疗的圈子里
从来不缺DIY手作达人
唇膏 手工皂 各种膏霜
不仅会做 而且还可以做得很漂亮
配方也讲究
自己动手蒸馏精油
可能受到设备和技术限制
不太容易实现
那么油溶性的芳香植物精华
怎么可以自己把它们提炼出来呢
前文我们提到了一种基础油
金盏菊浸泡油
这类植物浸泡油
就是为我们DIY手工皂等护肤品时
使用的植物油脂增加功效
香气和色彩的又一法宝
植物浸泡油相对于单纯的
基础油而言
有更复杂的特性
一般而言
将干燥的不同芳香植物
加入基础油中
放置于大型玻璃容器中里充分浸泡
有充足的阳光暴晒
经过多次倒置混匀后
芳香植物中的精油成分
和其它脂溶性物质
比如说微量吸收的
脂溶性维他命 蜡质
以及其他高活性的化学成分
就会释放出来溶入基础油当中
让油脂更多效用
这种萃取过程非常缓慢
往往需要几周甚至更长的时间
但很多芳香植物本身
很难通过蒸馏法萃取精油
而通过这种原始的浸泡法
能产生出较为经济 实用
而且效果显著的油脂
浸泡油常用的基础油
通常选择抗氧化性比较强的植物油
比如橄榄油 葵花籽油
葡萄籽油更加的清爽
当然你也可以选择比较贵的
荷荷巴油或阿甘油
植物一般要放到瓶子的
三分之一处为宜
基础油要完全浸过物料
物料越多
浸泡所需要的时间也越长
浸泡油的浓度也越高
具体比例可以根据需要来把握
跟精油萃取不同的是
浸泡油最好选择干燥的花草
因为水分太多会容易引起油的酸败
另外 装基础油的容器
也需要完全干燥
可密封的干净玻璃瓶最适合
浸泡的瓶子
要在白天放置在阳光充足的地方
如果是寒冷地区
夜晚需要放到较温暖的地方保存
等到被浸泡的植物变成了深褐色
就表示可利用的成分不多了
不过 为了最大限度的萃取出
植物花草的有效成分
还是需要经常的翻转瓶子
定期更换基础油
浸泡好的油
在密封后能避光保存达数月之久
但通常我们建议三个月用内完
最新鲜 功效
和香味也都比较完整
相对精油而言
香气肯定没有那么浓郁
但营养成分会更多
也更经济实惠
这些油可以代替一些基础油
用来做手工冷制皂 膏霜
按摩油 护肤
品质可靠的也可以用来烘培或烹调
像一些花类的浸泡油
如玫瑰 桂花 金盏花 桃花等
均有很好的护肤美容效果
这里也给大家推荐一款护肤佳品
积雪草浸泡油
它具有消炎抗氧化 紧实组织
促进皮肤骨胶原的合成
促进细胞再生
促进伤口愈合的惊人功效
是不可多得的好东西
以上的所有植物油
含有饱和脂肪酸比较多的油
常温下是固态
这类油比较好保存
比如说乳木果油
含有不饱和脂肪酸多的油
在常温下液态
这类油相对于前者来说
比较不大好保存
在这些常温下是液态的植物油当中
又分为单不饱和脂肪酸比较多的油
和多不饱和脂肪酸比较多的油
但相对来说
含有多不饱和脂肪酸的油
最难保存
这类油大多数是放在冰箱里保存的
