本节课我们继续芳疗师说
为大家分享芳疗师眼中的精油世界
上节课我们简要介绍了芳香疗法
以及精油调配的分类依据
接下来我们将从植物科属认识精油
并谈谈精油的闻香技巧
精油的植物科属和精油化学
被誉为是精油学习的两把钥匙
其中芳疗学习中的植物科属大概涵盖了约20科
近200种芳香植物
每一个植物科属的植物都有一定的共性
这里我们总结归纳了15个常见的植物科属
供大家学习交流
首先第一个 松科
树龄长 精油效果温和 缓慢
一般需要六个月才能看到效果
特别适合处理慢性关节炎
可提升抗压
代表植物有欧洲的赤松 大西洋的雪松 黑云杉等
他给人一种挺立的阳性力量 带着霸气
柏科 具有净化的特质
借助熏香能清除负面的能量和情绪
可促进水分循环 净化肾脏
消除水肿 利尿排毒
非常适合冥想 打坐
禅定等内在沟通时使用
代表植物有杜松 丝柏等
它给人一种稳重 恒古的宗庙感
橄榄科
给人坚忍的形象
有特殊的酸类成分 亲肤性极高
愈合伤口能力特别强
可循环活血 消除黑眼圈
提升灵性 很多宗教的情况下
亦引人进入一种超凡入圣的感觉
代表植物有没药、乳香等
樟科
药性猛烈
适合快速见效时使用
抗菌能力强
适合体弱 容易受到风寒的体质
典型植物有芳樟、月桂、山鸡椒、肉桂等
桃金娘科
是具有生存意志的精油
容易刺激皮肤
补阳又滋阴
能让遭逢突发厄运的受伤心灵迅速愈合
代表植物有尤加利 香桃木 茶树等
菊科
有着极强的凝聚力量
可去除阴邪 湿气和霉菌
清凉解毒 清肝消暑
也适合神经系统使用
典型的植物有德国洋甘菊
罗马洋甘菊 意大利永久花等
唇形科
具有多元化疗愈功效 应用非常广泛
适合重视自我 精打细算的人
代表植物有薰衣草 迷迭香
香蜂草 马郁兰 甜罗勒等
伞形科
可暖胃 消胀气 促进食欲
促进排便 改善消化不良和排毒
也可强化神经和灵性的感知
代表植物有甜茴香等
芸香科
补气效果好
去油性强 抗菌强 适合油性皮肤
有助于缓解焦躁 忧郁
成瘾 镇静情绪
但含有呋喃香豆素
具光敏毒性 在使用时需避免阳光的直晒
典型的植物有佛手柑 苦橙叶 甜橙等
豆科
是心轮绝佳用油 心轮在佛法上又称“法身轮”
它的作用就是在于开展我们心智和灵性上的功德
也就是智慧和知识
他的疗愈能力极强
对起过痘痘的皮肤有绝佳的收口作用
可预防色素沉淀的特性
代表植物有银合欢 零陵香豆等
禾本科
可促进血液的循环 强化韧带
修复肌肉 增加血管的弹性和阻止静脉曲张恶化
代表植物有玫瑰草柠檬香茅等
姜科
典型植物有姜 姜黄等
可促进消化系统作用
性温散寒处理关节问题
也可平衡神经系统
带来稳定的力量
马鞭草科
典型植物是柠檬马鞭草等
可调节失衡的荷尔蒙 处理妇科疾病
平衡过度自我压抑和过度膨胀
杜鹃花科
典型植物是髯花杜鹃等
可止痛消炎 激励肝肾排毒
带来自省 增加对生活的耐受力
败酱草科
可平衡神经系统
处理神经系统紊乱引起的妇科 循环系统等问题
代表植物有藏红花等等
所以当我们获得不同植物来源的单方精油后
先别着急拧开瓶盖
不妨看看产品瓶身上的植物拉丁名
对应着上述分类了解下都属于哪个科属
有些什么特征和疗效
这对判断是否正确使用精油
下步如何进行搭配都有非常大的帮助
我们在打开精油瓶盖后
经常会不由自主的像闻花朵一样的方式
用这里去吸一口气
但要记住这可是百分之百的纯的精油
味道非常的浓烈
如果你用力过猛
闻得过多甚至会头疼
所以要记住永远不要只要用鼻子去闻精油
而要用大脑来闻
所以闻精油是有技巧的
我们称之为闻香技巧
这在香水调香里也常用
我现在演示一下最难的方式
就是打开瓶盖后
握住后轻轻的敲击
然后我通常会闭上眼睛
你握住把它放在下巴的高度
然后很自然的呼吸
不要大力的吸气或者摇头发出声音等
只需要很自然的 呼吸
然后想一想闻到了什么
注意力不要集中在鼻子上
而是在头脑中
我是在体会这气味
所以这不需要量化
而是一个知性思考的过程
当然我不会只使用一种精油
我想用两种
比如天竺葵和佛手柑就是一个很奇妙的搭配
但是我们不能这样闻 大力吸气
你需要像我刚才一样
这样闻
或者如果你觉得有点难
你的手腕不够灵活
那么你那么只需要这样转
也会有同样的效果
有时候一种油占主导显得太强势了
就像人使劲靠近你的脸
比如一种很强势的精油叫依兰依兰
美国人非常喜欢
可能跟美国人的个性也很像
如果你把佛手柑和依兰依兰两瓶精油放在一起
那么它就太浓郁 太强势了
佛手柑更圆润柔和
如果你把它们同样比例放在一起
那么依兰依兰就太凸显了
所以如果我们想要得到少一点依兰依兰的味道
我们就可以把它放低一点
然后这样来闻
我能感受到气味的变化
比如两份的佛手柑搭配一份的依兰依兰
我还甚至可以再加一瓶
搭配三种精油放在我的手里
一般我在调配比较贵的精油前
我会像这样握住它们
我来感受是否喜欢它们
是否喜欢它们的味道
这样我可以去判断哪款精油比例太多
来做适当的调整
