来自暨南大学理工学院
从本节课开始
我将分四个版块
为大家介绍本单元内容
让大家对精油 植物油与美容三者之间的关系
有一个基本的认识
希望大家能够喜欢
首先 让我们进入第一节课的学习
说说《精油那点事儿》
在前两个单元的课程中
相信大家已经了解到油脂与美食
油脂与健康的相关知识
本节课我们要介绍的精油在理化特性
感官品质和功能活性等方面
都与前面单元中的食用植物油
有着本质的不同
下面让我为大家一一剖析
我们生活中用于烹饪的植物油
大多数来自植物的种子 果实和胚芽
通过冷榨 热榨和溶剂萃取等手段获得
比如我们生活中常见的大豆油
花生油 茶籽油等等
而精油是从植物的花 叶 茎 根和果实
五个部位中
通过水蒸气蒸馏 挤压等方式
获取的挥发性芳香物质
由此我们看出
植物精油与植物油最大的区别
就是具有挥发性
而这些挥发性芳香分子
也决定了每种植物精油
独特的气味和神奇的活性功能
我们可以试想下
在我们的衣服左边滴一滴植物油
在右边滴一滴精油
1分钟之后会怎样
最后我们会发现
植物油由于不具有挥发性
往往在衣服上会留下难看的油渍
而精油则很快在空气中挥发
在衣服上不会留下任何痕迹
当然 并不是所有的植物都能产出精油
只有含有香脂腺的植物才可能产出
不同植物的香脂腺分布也有区别
有的是花瓣 有的是叶子
有的是根茎或树干上
通过各种萃取方法
让这些腺体细胞中的物质释放出来
即我们所说的“植物精油”
除了植物某一部分可萃取精油之外
有些植物也可在好几个部分萃取出精油
比如 苦橙就可以从花苞 叶子及果实
三个部位萃取出精油
精油虽然和植物油一样
都属于多分子组成的复杂化合物
但二者化学成分截然不同
植物油主要由甘油酯和生育酚 甾醇等
相对较大的分子构成
而精油大多数由萜类等小分子化合物构成
这些高挥发性的物质
可以通过我们的呼吸
由鼻腔粘膜组织吸收进入身体
将讯息直接送到脑部
通过大脑系统调节情绪和身体的生理功能
这是精油的常用使用方法
也是芳香疗法中很重要的一种手段
嗅觉吸收法
由于精油的分子链通常比较短
这使得它们极易渗透我们的皮肤
且借着皮下丰富的毛细血管而进入体内
这也促生了精油
在芳香疗法中的另外一种常用手段
按摩吸收法
所以在芳香疗法中
精油可强化生理和心理的机能
每一种植物精油
都有一个主化学结构
来决定它的香味 色彩 流动性
和它与系统运作的方式
也使得每一种植物精油
各有一套特殊的功能特质
精油之所以得名
源自于英文单词的组合Essential 和Oil
顾名思义 Essential
必要的 本质的 精华的意思
它其实是由另一英文Essence衍生而来
当然 这里要和化妆品里
较流行的精华油Essence Oil区分开
大家在品牌店里购买相关产品时可以留意一下
精油的“精”字
既说明了精油的本质
来自天然植物精华
又说明了精油的取之不易 价格不菲
精油的“油”字
说明精油很容易在油脂中溶解
具有和植物油相似的流动性和部分物理特性
市面上的精油产品
主要分为单方和复方精油两种
单方精油就是前面我们提到的
从植物花 茎 根 叶或果实中
提炼萃取出的植物精华部分
一般具有较为浓郁的植物源香
并且具有特定的功效及特性
当然 这里也包括由两种
或多种植物单方精油
混合而成的特殊情况
此类单方精油未加基础油稀释
不能直接用在皮肤上
复方精油是经过专业人士
用基础油进行稀释和调配好的精油
使用相对简单
如果我们想自行DIY尝试精油搭配
那么家中最好常备薰衣草 迷迭香 薄荷
茶树和罗马洋甘菊五种精油
薰衣草精油属于“万能”搭配精油
