本节课我们将开启第三版块
《芳疗师说》的学习
将与大家分享芳疗师眼中的精油世界
芳疗是"芳香疗法"的简称
这个词同样由两个外文单词衍变而来
"Aroma"译为芳香
即一种可渗透入空气中的
看不见但闻得到的精细物质
这里指植物精油的挥发性芳香成分
亦指精油本身
"Therapy"译为治疗 疗法
最早创造"芳香疗法"这个词汇以及专业概念的
是一位法国化学家Rene-Maurice Gatefoseé博士
他在一次实验室的意外爆炸中烧伤了手
情急之下将手浸在薰衣草精油中
没想到竟治愈了他的烧伤
从此 他开始研究各种精油的用法
并写下了最早的芳香疗法专著
后来薰衣草精油也一直沿用至今
用来治疗烧伤烫伤
奥地利的莫利夫人Marguerite Maury
是第一位将美容保养 健康护理
和芳香疗法结合在一起的人
她发展出最早的精油按摩技术
使之通过嗅觉或皮肤进入身体
让精油效用发挥得更好
芳香疗法的实践就是在关注精油的调配
这也是芳疗师在对顾客进行
正确诊断后进行的主要工作
也是件非常有意思的工作
当你使用合成和天然植物精油时
你会明显发现二者配伍性的差异
当你使用50%的非天然合成精油
与另一个50%的合成精油结合在一起时
你最终得到的是各占50%的混合精油
但有趣的是 当你调配天然植物精油时
它们绝对不会像合成精油那样
因为它们成分复杂又极具活性
是天然的植物原料
当把它们混合到一起
它们的香气会产生变化
有时像这样 有时又会像那样
所以会有人觉得这太难
而不喜欢使用天然精油
但对于那些对芳疗充满热情的人来说
这绝对是个享受的过程
就像将人与人组合在一起
你永远无法预知人与人之间的关系会如何
因为不同的人原本在不同的时空
当你把他们召集在一起
总会带来一些变化
精油也是这样
让人着迷的就是
将它们调配在一起时会非常和谐
当你学会运用好协同作用
它就会比单一精油更有能量
假如薰衣草的能量 玫瑰的能量
以及柠檬的能量分别在这个水平的话
当你把他们放在一起后
三者加在一起的能量会提升到那里
所以说这真的非常有趣
这也是芳香疗法的核心
比较困难的是教会人们如何调配精油
以及如何学会某一种精油该搭配哪一种
因为这跟人很像 如果将两人放在一起
可能他们之间在当下会有冲突
但换个时间他们又可能会很融洽
所以还是需要学习一些知识
才会了解哪些精油可以混合
能发挥什么效用 对应什么状况
因为不同的情况会需要不同的协同作用
精油品种很多 如何更好的选择合适的精油
如何更好的搭配功效和香气
下面将与大家分享下常用的精油分类和特性
它将有助于我们轻松调配精油做好准备
这八大类顾名思义 相对都比较好理解
且大部分在我们生活中较非常常见
相对较陌生的樟脑香类
包括了尤加利 胡椒薄荷和茶树
树脂香类包括了乳香 没药和安息香
土香类包括了广藿香和岩兰草
快板精油的挥发速度是最快的
香氛可持续45-60分钟
主要作用于神经系统
大部分有提神 振奋的功效
一般柑橘香类的精油都属于快板精油
比如在城市开车遇到交通堵塞 会让人感觉很疲惫
这时候如果用一些柠檬或者其他柑橘类的精油
就会使你集中精神 活力十足
中板精油的挥发度适中 香氛可持续2-3小时
主要作用于我们的消化系统 各个器官的生理功能
改善新陈代谢等
一般花香类精油都属于中板精油
其中最受欢迎的莫过于玫瑰精油了
玫瑰总是和女性相关联 其精油非常的舒缓
所以在芳疗中 大多数与女性相关问题
如经期问题 人际关系或情感问题都会用到玫瑰精油
茶树精油也是一种很受欢迎的中调精油
它起源于澳大利亚 取自叶子
它能消除真菌 可以用在运动员的脚上
帮助清除脚趾间的真菌
它还有助于祛斑 治疗粉刺
还可以帮助治疗感染性发烧
慢板精油挥发度最慢
香氛持续时间可达5小时 甚至几天
主要作用于粘膜系统和脊椎
常用于慢性疾病的护理和改善情绪以及生理问题
一般来自植物根部或树木的精油
比如男性会会喜欢肉桂的味道
通常肉桂精油被用来制作男士香水
它让人感觉温暖 镇静
有助于缓解压力 尤其是工作压力
最后 也是消费者最关注的的功效
根据调节生理功能不同可分为
我们在调配精油时可以根据自己喜欢的香味 生理需要
及香氛的持久程度来搭配精油
但有些改善生理功能精油的作用甚至是相反的
这是它们所含的天然物质成分和化学成分复杂所致
比如真实薰衣草精油在低剂量时
是非常好的安抚镇定油
而高剂量时则成了具有兴奋刺激的精油
芳香精油真的是非常奇妙的东西
有兴趣的同学可以按照以上的分类自行搭配组合
兴许会有意想不到的惊喜哦
