大家好，我是大连理工大学的Karan，王宇老师。

今天我们学习最后一个单元，第12单位，如何创业一家科技公司。

什么是科技创业公司？

科技创业公司是一家致力于将技术产品或服务推向市场的公司。

这些公司推出新的技术产品或服务或用新的方式改进现有的技术产品或服务。

科技创业公司似乎很火，非常受欢迎成为了时尚。

如今，在创业公司工作意味着承担更多责任，产生更大社会影响，当然，也能赚到很多钱。

成功的创业需要三件事情：有好的合作伙伴，有让客户真正喜欢的产品或服务，尽可能少花钱。

但是，大多数创业公司都失败了，他们失败的原因是这三件事情中的一个没有做好。

但是，并不是每个人都适合创业。

简单的原因是，并不是每个人都具有企业家精神。

什么是企业家精神？

企业家精神是关于：

1. 以创新思维去思考出好的点子

2.践行职业道德并为之奉献

3. 为自己的行为负责

4. 鼓舞他人做最好的自己

5. 确保客户得到最好的服务

在这个单元，我们建议你在学习企业家精神时，

尝试发现自己的潜在企业家精神，以便未来创业或在创业公司工作。

在概念学习部分，“企业家精神”一文简要介绍了企业家精神。

请一边阅读，一边思考这个问题，“我适合去创业吗？”

在案例分析阅读环节，您将了解如何启动一家科技公司。

除了定义外，你将更好地了解创建公司的各个环节。

经过深入阅读练习，你需要记住以下术语：

风险投资家

可用市场总量

树立品牌

在技能学习模块中，首先请和Mush一起练习发音。

在了解企业家精神和初创企业的基本概念之后，我们继续学习专家的意见和建议。

本单元来自哈佛商业评论期刊的文章题为“筹募之前请先建好人脉”。

这篇文章的作者Evan Baehr是美国科技公司Able的共同创始人。

Evan开篇认可筹集资金通常是创业最困难和最关键的部分，而且非常耗时。

然后，Evan提出两个术语，关系筹资和业务筹资。

Evan建议，与义务筹资相比，关系筹资可能是耗时的，但长远来看，获得资金和建立一批核心顾问和投资者是关。

在你筹资之前如何建立信任？

你需要建立共同的人脉，保持谦虚，

并表明你会承认有你不知道的事情。

本单元视频是创业者的15个品质。观看视频时，再次想想这个问题，“我适合创业吗？”

在学习了两篇文章，获得了有关企业家精神和创业的概念后，我们来到动手实践模块，你要完成的两个任务是：

1）在本单元的论坛上分享你对创业的想法;

2）提交术语和概念朗读。
