大家好

我是南方医科大学的袁立霞老师

你吃了吗

这是中国人见面常用的一句问候语

最初反映的是

人们在历经艰难岁月时

一种实实在在的关切

俗话说人是铁饭是钢

一顿不吃饿得慌

吃了人就踏实了

而现在这句话则可以看作

人们对脾胃健康的相互提醒

脾胃是健康的根

如果脾胃的功能不强

则会引起很多疾病

脾胃不好的人从外表上就可以看出来

在门诊中常见这样的病人

有的人面色是苍白的

口唇没有一点光泽

有的人是过于消瘦

好像一阵风就能吹倒

有的人很胖

但是体格庞大一点都不结实

还有的人说话有气无力

精神不振

年纪轻轻却未老先衰

这些都是

由于他们的脾胃功能受损所导致的

所以这节课将教大家 读懂自己的身体

通过这些简单的方法

可以教你如何自测脾的健康状况

首先大家要学会

三望和三问的方式来辨识脾病的常见症状

找到损伤脾健康的征兆

首先大家看望诊

脾胃好不好

其实都写在我们的脸上

通过仔细观察我们的面色

口唇 舌头就能看出脾的问题

大家不妨对照自查

首先是望面色

面色如果是红润光泽

被称之为有胃气

面色萎黄

多见于脾胃虚弱

气血不能上荣于面

如果面色的黄胖

可以见到脾胃的虚弱

内有湿气之人

第二是望舌头

相信大家都有体会

每次我们去看中医的时候

医生就让我们先伸出舌头

然后医生是通过舌来判断

脾胃是否虚弱

脾胃不好的人

舌通常有几个特点

有的同学舌的体积是比较胖大

这多是脾胃虚弱

导致体内的湿气太重的典型表现

这种情况下多是由于饮食不当造成的

吃的太冷太杂或者不健康

当然

还和我们的居住环境过于潮湿有关

有的同学舌苔可能非常厚

我们说舌苔薄厚的不同程度

预示着身体状况的问题

如果舌苔变得特别的厚重 发白

那么多是由于脾虚湿气太盛所导致的

严重的脾虚可能会导致口中有异味

口腔还感觉黏黏的

第三是望口唇

一般来说

脾胃好的人口唇是非常红润的

而且干湿适度的润滑有光

而胃不好的同学嘴唇容易发白

没有血色

显得非常干燥

容易爆皮裂口子

平时生活中

还有一些同学容易出现口臭

或者说牙龈的肿痛

这些症状也和脾胃消化功能不足有关

另外还有一类的同学在睡觉的时候

容易流口水

这也是我们说的脾气不足的表现

由于脾气的不足

不能够较好地布散其津液

导致口水多向外流

大家刚才掌握了三望

我们还要学会三问

三问

首先要问是否食欲不佳

脾是开窍于口

体现人的胃口和脾是息息相关的

而且在中医理论中

口和脾的功能是统一的

所以脾的功能可以从口中反应出来

脾气强则食欲旺盛

非常想吃东西

在《灵枢·脉度》中提到

脾气通于口

脾和则口能知五谷矣

大多胃口不好的人

都是因为脾虚所导致的

我们吃进去的食物都是被脾胃消化的

但是如果脾虚了

它在正常的消化功能就会受到影响

长时间堆积的食物导致难以消化

就会让人经常没有胃口

腹部能感觉非常的胀满

这些都是和脾虚有关

第二要问是否四肢乏力

四肢乏力都是由于脾的阳气不足

或者说脾为湿困

不能够正常的转运水谷精微

以营养我们的肌肉四肢

所以湿气重滞

脾胃湿困

可以见到周身的乏力

而出现了肢体的困重

第三问

问是否大便的溏薄

我们正常的大便是应该成形的

而脾虚的人大便是经常没有成型

而且容易粘在马桶上

怎么充都冲不掉

这就是身体因为脾虚

而产生的影响

也是需要大家关注的
