本次课我们来学习单元系统相图
单元系统中只有一个组分
不存在浓度问题
影响因素只有温度和压力
因为独立组分数是1
根据相律
F = C-P+ 2 = 3-P
可知系统中最多可以三相共存
自由度最小为2
接下来
我们将从以下五个方面来讨论单元系统相图
首先看水的相图
为什么学习材料要看水的相图呢
是因为学习水的一元相图
对我们理解一元相图如何通过不同的几何要素
点
线 面
来表达系统的平衡状态是很有帮助的
学习相图必须透彻理解图中点
线面的含义
那么在这个相图中
我们看一下点
线面都是什么含义
在以温度为横坐标
压力为纵坐标的相图中
有三个相区
分别代表冰
水汽的单相区
自由度是2
即温度和压力
三条界线代表了系统中的两相平衡状态
分别是溶解曲线
蒸发曲线
升华曲线
每一条线上都是两相共存
自由度为1
也就是说在温度和压力中
只有一个是独立变量
当一个参数独立变化时
另一参量必须沿着曲线指示的数值变化
而不能任意改变
三个单相区
三条界线交于O点
O点是一个三相共存点
冰水汽三相平衡共存
三相点的自由度为0
处于无变量状态
就是说要想保持系统的这种三相平衡状态
系统的温度和压力都不能有任何改变
否则系统的状态点必然要离开三相点
进入单相区或界线
系统中就会有旧相消失
那么如何解释三条界线的斜率有的大于0
有的小于0
我们可以通过克克方程给大家说明
从低温型向高温转变
焓值是大于0的
当液相变为气相
固相变为气相时
体积均有所增大
即ΔV>0
that isΔV> 0
带入克克方程
斜率大于0
就是说升华曲线还有蒸发曲线的斜率是大于0的
冰化成水
体积减小
即ΔV小于0
所以斜率小于0
需要强调的是
我们学习无机非金属材料相图
有晶型转变时
由于ΔV很小
因而其界线几乎是垂直的
下面来看一元相图的形式
大家看一下这个相图和刚才水的相图有什么区别呢
我们可以看到在固相区多出来一条线
这条BE线是什么线呢
因为这个相图中固相具有多晶转变
所以BE线是晶型转变线
又多出来了一个自由度为零的点B
点B也是无变量点
因为在这个点也是三相共存
α-固相
β-固相和气相
如果固相有很多的晶型转变
就会在固相区存在多条这样的晶型转变线
下面来看存在可逆和不可逆的多晶转变时相图的特点
这是具有可逆多晶转变的相图
那么我们先做如下了解
相图中实线表示稳定态
虚线为介稳态
由该图可以看出
当系统温度低于晶型转变温度时
1相是稳定的
当系统温度高于晶型转变温度时
2相是稳定的
即在一定的温度范围内都存在一个稳定的晶相
在晶型转变温度时二相可以互相转变
故称为可逆转变
此相图的特点是晶型转变温度低于两个晶相的熔点
而且晶型转变温度点处在稳定相区之间
稳定相和介稳相的在相图中有什么区别呢
每个稳定相都有自己存在的温度范围
例如
在T12温度以下的时候
晶体1稳定存在
超过这个温度范围
就转变为晶体2
另外在一定温度下
稳定相具有最小蒸汽压
比如T12温度以下
晶型1是稳定相
它的饱和蒸气压最小
还有介稳相有向稳定相转变的趋势
但从动力学角度讲
转变速度很慢
能长期保持自己的状态
不可逆的多晶转变相图又有什么特点呢
由这个相图可以看出
当系统温度低于晶型转变温度时
2相总有转变为1相的自发趋势
2相是不稳定的
当熔体缓慢冷却时
不能析出2相
而是析出1相
所以在一般情况下
2相可以转变为1相
但1相不能直接转变为2相
即是不可逆转变过程
不可逆的多晶转变相图的特点是
晶型转变温度高于两个晶相的熔点
晶体2没有自己稳定存在的区域
