前面我们学习了单元系统相图和二元系统相图
三元系统相图由于比二元系统相图多了一个组分
所以要比二元系统更加复杂
我们仍然只考虑凝聚态系统
对于三元凝聚系统
F=C-P+1= 4-P
F=C-P+1=4-P
F=C-P+1= 4-P
自由度为0时
P=4
即三元凝聚系统中最多为四相共存
系统中至少会存有一个相
即Pmin=l
P min= 1
此时Fmax= 3
即系统的最大自由度数为3
三元系统相图完整的状态图应是一个三坐标的立体图
但这样的立体图不便于应
我们实际使用的是它的平面投影图
后面我们将详细加以介绍
首先我们来看三元相图的组成表示方法
三元相图的组成用等边三角形
即浓度三角形来表示
三个顶点表示三个纯组分ABC
是单元系统
三条边表示三个二元系统
在三角形内的任意一点都表示
一个含有ABC三个组分的三元系统的组成
相图中有一个系统组成点M
M中各组分的含量如何确定呢
首先计算
可以用平行线法
过M点作BC边的平行线
在AB AC边上得到截距a
就代表顶点物质A的含量
同理
在AC BC边上得到截距c
就代表顶点物质C的含量
另外
我们还可以用双线法确定M的组成
看右图
过M点引三角形二条边的平行线
根据它们在第三条边上的交点来确定
那么反过
我们用两种方法
都可以在已知系统含量的情况下
确定其组成点的位置
根据浓度三角形的这种表示组成的方法不难看出
一个三元组成点越靠近某一顶点
该顶点所代表的组分含量必定愈高
下面我们来看三元系统组成中的一些关系
学习这些关系
对于我们分析析晶路线
分析实际问题都是有帮助的
第一个规则等含量规则
在等边△ABC中
平行于一条边的直线HI上的所有各点
均含有相等的对应顶点C的组成
这个比较好证明
用平行线法
截距相等来证明
也可以用双线法做出全等三角形加以证明
第二个规则为定比例规则
我们对照此图来看
从等边三角形的某一顶点C向对边作一直线CD
则在线上的任一点中对边两组分A和B的含量之比不变
而顶点组分C的含量则随着远离顶点而降低
这个规则可以通过双线法做三角形
做出来的三角形为相似三角形来证明
等含量规则和定比例规则
对不等边浓度三角形也是适用的
不等边浓度三角形内部系统组成的表示方法
与等边三角形相同
这在我们后边分析副三角形的时候可以用到
通过定比例规则
我们可以推出另一个规则背向规则
在三角形中有任一混合物M
若从M中不断析出某一顶点的成分
此图中就是析出晶体C
那么混合物中剩余物质的成分也不断改变
但AB相对含量不变
剩余物质的成分改变的途径
在这个顶点和这个混合物的连线CM上
改变的方向背向顶点
远离顶点C
这个规则是我们写三元系统相图析晶路线第一步的基础
第三个规则为杠杆规
在三元系统内
一种混合物分解为两种物质
P分解为M和N
或者M和N合成为混合物P时
MPN的组成点在一条直线上
新相组成点与原来二相组成点的距离和二相的量成反比
就是说GM: GN =NP:MP
接下来我们看重心规则
首先是重心位
在三元系统中
若有三种物质M1M2M3合成混合物M
则混合物M的组成点在连成的△M1M2M3的内部
这个M点所处的位置称为重心位置
根据杠杆规则
可以推算出来
三角形三个顶点物质相加就可以合成M
混合物组成点在三物质组成点所围的三角形内时
M也可以分解成M1M2M3三个物质
扩展开来
如果M点是液相
将可以同时析出M1M2M3三种晶体
四相共存
交叉位
如果M点在△M1M2M3某一条边的外侧
且在另二条边的延长线范围内
这需要从物质M1+M2中取出一定量的M3才能得到混合物M
这个规则称为交叉位置规则
也通过杠杆规则可以推算
M1+M2=M+M3
如果M点是液相点
那么就可以说成液相把M3转熔后生成M1+M2
也是四相共存
第三个位置为共轭位
在三元系统中
物质组成点M在三角形的一个角顶之外
这需要从物质M3中取出一定量的混合物质M1+M2
才能得到新物质M
此规则称为共轭位置规则
如果M点是液相点
那么就可以说成液相把M1和M2转熔后生成M3
仍是四相共存
这个规则比较好推导
把M3看成在△MM1M2的重心位
则 M+M1+M2=M3
重心规则处理四相平衡问题十分有用
后续我们可以用来确定相图中无变量点的性质

交叉位共轭位的具体位置关系
