我们分析了最简单的三元系统相图
这次课
我们学习三元系统相图的基本类型
包括生成一个一致熔融二元化合物的三元系统相图
和一个不一致熔融二元化合物的三元系统相图
生成一个固相分解的二元化合物的三元系统相图
还有生成一个三元系统相图包括一致熔融三元化合物
和一个不一致熔融三元化合物
这五类相图
大家尤其要认真分析的是点
线面的含义
还有析晶路线的分析
首先
我们来看生成一个一致熔融二元化合物的三元系统相图
看三元相图AB边的下方
为我们学过的
生成个一致熔融二元化合物的二元系统相图
二元相图中判断化合物S性质时
我们是看化合物S的组成线
在其液相线对应的组成范围内
就判断S是一致熔融的
现在三元相图中
S的液相线发展为液相面
投影下来为S的初晶区
那么
当S的组成点位于其初晶区范围内时
就是一致熔融化合物
二元相图中
一致熔融化合物可以将相图进行分解
那么
三元化合物中一致熔融化合物
也可以将相图进行分解
分解为左右两个简单的相图
这样有E1和E2
两个低共熔点
如果系统组成点位于△ACS内
那么析晶终点就是E1
析晶产物就是三个顶点代表的物质
同理
如果系统组成点位于△CSB内
那么析晶终点就是E2
析晶产物就是这个三角形三个顶点代表的物质
需要注意的是
界线E1E2上的m点
M点我们称它为马鞍点
为什么叫做马鞍点呢
我们来看
在E1E2这条线上
m点为温度最高点
而在CS线上m点是温度最低点
如右图所示
M所在位置类似于马鞍中间的位置
故称为马鞍点
注意
马鞍点并不是三元低共熔点。
接下来
我们学习生成一个不一致熔融二元化合物的三元系统相图
在学二元相图时
生成一个不一致熔融化合物的二元系统相图是最重要的
那么同样
我们也要重点学习这类生成一个不一致熔融二元化合物三元相图
看三元相图AB边的下方
为我们学过的生成一个不一致熔融二元化合物的二元系统相图
化合物S的组成线不在其液相线对应的组成范围内
所以S是不一致熔融的化合物
现在三元相图中
S的组成点不在其初晶区范围内
所以就可以判断S是不一致熔融化合物
二元相图中
不一致熔融化合物不能对相图进行分解
那么
三元化合物中的不一致熔融化合物
也不能对相图进行分解
二元相图中
Q为转熔点
那么到三元相图中发展为转熔线PQ
PQ线上的液相能够把晶体B转熔回析生成晶体S
E点为ACS的三元低共熔点
为三线交点
三条线上三个箭头都指向E点
那么我们看P点
P点也是三条线的交点
有两个箭头指向P
一个箭头远离P
那么P点的性质肯定和E点不一样
P点是什么性质的点呢
PQ线为转熔线
但是
以后其他相图中我们如何知道哪条界线是共熔线
哪条是转熔线呢
我们接下来通过学习四个重要规则加以分析
学习这些重要规则
我们要知道每一个规则的作用及如何应用
第一个规则连线规则
连线规则的作用是用来判断界线的温度走向
具体应用时
将界线与相应的连线相交
交点或者延长线的交点就是界线上的温度最高点
温度走向是背离交点
如左边这个图
EF是初晶区C和S的界线
那么对应的相应连线就是CS
两条线相交
或者延长线相交
交点M就是温度最高点
所以箭头背向交点
指向温度降低的方向
具体在相图中应用连线规则
我们判断右图中EP线的温度走向
EP线是CS的界线
所以相应连线就是CS
两条线不相交
延长线相交
交点M就是温度最高点
箭头从P指向E
切线规则
切线规则用于判断三元相图上界线的性质
就是判断界线是共熔线还是转熔线
在界线上任取一点
过这点作界线的切线
切线与相应组成的连线相交
如果交点在连线上
则表示界线上该处具有共熔性质
如果交点在连线的延长线上
则表示界线上该处具有转熔性质
远离交点的晶相被回吸
如左图中
我们分析Pp线的性质
过Pp线上一点做一条切线
和相应连线BS的延长线相交
所以Pp线就是转熔线
把离交点远的晶体B转融掉生成S
再看右图
我们来确定一下PE线的性质
那么取一点做PE的切线
这条切线和相应的连线CS相交
交点在CS中间
所以PE线是共熔线
那么确定一下PR线的性质
取一点作PR的切线
此切线和相应的连线AS的延长线相交
所以PR线是转熔线
把离交点N的晶体A
转融掉生成S
有时一条界线上切线与连线相交有两种情况
就是界线上一段具有共熔性质
过一转折点后另一段又具有转熔性质
在三元相图上
共熔界线的温度下降方向用单箭头表示
转熔界线的温度下降方向用双箭头表示
我们看右边相图
分析E2E3线的性质
BS为这条界线的相应连线
首先做出红色这条切线
和相应连线BS相交
交点在BS中间
所以这段线是共熔性质
再做出绿色这条切线
切线与相应连线BS的延长线相交
所以这段线是转熔线
把离交点远的晶体B转溶掉
生成离交点近的晶体S
我们看第三个规则
重心规则
重心规则用于判断无变量点的性质
如果无变量点处于其相应副三角形的重心位
则为共熔点
处于其相应副三角形的交叉位
则为单转熔点
处于其相应副三角形的共轭位
则为双转熔点
大家注意
这里面提到的其相应副三角形是什么意思呢
副三角形就是指
与该无变量点液相平衡的三个晶相组成点连接成的三角形
我们来看左边这个相图
无变量点E点所对应的副三角形是△ACS
因为包围E点的三个初晶区是ACS
与E点的液相平衡的三个晶相就是AC and S
所以我们画出△ACS这个副三角形
E点在它所对应的这个负三角形△ACS的内部
也就是重心位
所以E点是低共熔点
我们再来看P点
包围P点的三个初晶区是BCS
那么我们就做出副三角形△BCS
P点位于△BCS一条边的外侧
另两条边延长线的范围内
所以是位于其所对应的副三角形的交叉位
那么P点就是一个单转熔点
P点的液相会把顶点B晶体转融掉
生成晶体C和S
我们再来判断右图中E3点的性质
包围E3点的初晶区为ABS
所以E3点所对应的副三角形就是△ABS
E3点位于△ABS的共轭位
所以E3为双转熔点
E3处的液相将把晶体AB转融掉
生成S
通过这些分析
大家知道
副三角形是根据无变量点画分出来的
但有时有的无变量点并不能画出副三角形
也就是说无变量点的个数大于等于副三角形的个数
这个在后续的相图讲解中我们再给大家举例说明
判断无变量点的性质还有一方法
我们知道
任何一个无变量点必是三个初相区和三条界线的交汇点
如果三条界线的温度下降箭头都指向交汇点
那么这个无变量点就是共熔点
如图中的E点
两个箭头指向交汇点
就是单转熔点
如图中的P点
如果两个箭头背向交汇点
那么就是双转熔点
这一判断方法还有助于我们检验连线规则是否使用正确
最后一个规则
三角形规则
三角形规则可以确定结晶产物和结晶终点
原始熔体组成点所在三角形的三个顶点表示的物质就是结晶产物
与这三个物质相应的初晶区所包围的三元无变量点就是结晶终点
如图中
M点位于副三角形ACS内
那么析晶产物就是ACS
析晶终点就是初晶区ACS包围的E点
而N点位于副三角形BCS内
那么析晶产物就是三角形三个顶点代表的BCS
析晶终点就是初晶区BCS包围的P点
应用三角形规则可以帮助我们正确分析析晶路线
