这节课我们开始讲固相反应
固相反应是无机固体材料高温过程中
一个普遍存在的物理化学现象
是传统硅酸盐材料
各种新型无机材料生产中
所涉及到的基本过程之一
首先我们对固相反应进行概述性介绍
先看固相反应的定义
广义地讲
凡是有固相参与的化学反应都可称为固相反应
例如
我们了解的固体热分解
氧化
以及固体与固体 固体与液体之间的化学反应
都属于固相反应范畴之内
而狭义上
固相反应常指固体与固体间发生化学反应
生成新的固体产物的过程
如碳酸钠和二氧化硅之间的反应
下面我们对比一下固相反应和液相反应的区别
液体中质点扩散快
相互间反应也快
均相中反应
室温下也能发生反应
但固体质点间有很大的作用力
反应活性低 速度慢
固相反应是发生在分界面上
属于非均相反应
如果是粒状物料
颗粒间的接触点或面先进行反应
随后是反应物通过产物层进行扩散迁移
反应物间继续接触
才能使反应得以继续
因此
固相反应一般包括了两个过程
相界面上的化学反应和物质迁移
固相反应一般在高温下反应
传热和传质过程都对反应速度都有影响
通过上述和液相反应的对比
我们分析一下固相反应的特点
固相反应属非均相反应
固相间相互接触是发生化学作用和物质输送的先决条件
固相反应开始温度
常远低于反应物的熔点
或系统低共熔点温度
当反应物内部开始呈现明显扩散作用时
固相反应即开始
这时的温度称为泰曼温度或烧结开始温度
另外
当反应物之一有晶型转变时
晶型转变温度
通常是反应开始明显的温度
这一特点也叫做海德华定律
我们将在影响固相反应的因素时给大家做一详细分析
下面我们讲解固相反应的步骤
首先A B两反应物在界面上进行化学反应
生成产物C
随着反应进行
产物层不断增厚
A和B通过在产物层扩散后相互接触
继续发生化学反应
当然
这个过程是简化的固相反应过程
还可能包含其他一些简单的物理化学过程
如结晶
熔融
升华等
固相反应可根据反应物质的聚集状态
反应的性质或反应进行的机理进行分类
按反应物质状态
可分为纯固相反应
即反应物和生成物都是固体
没有液体和气体参加
还可分为有液相参与的反应
液相可来自反应物的熔化
反应物与反应物生成低共熔物
还可以分为有气体参与的反应
如反应物升华或分解都可能出现气体
实际的固相反应通常是三种形式的各种组合
还可以根据反应的性质划分
这个比较简单
我们这章要理解的是按照反应机理划分
分为扩散控制过程
化学反应速率控制
当然
还有晶核成核速率控制过程
升华控制等等
