我们下面来看一下报告的类型
报告的类型
第1种就是主题报告
一般把它叫做keynote
address
或者keynote的paper
叫主题发言或者主题论文
这个是由会议的主办方或者承办方
就我这个会议的主题
然后邀请一些该领域的知名学者或者权威人士
来做报告
这个主题报告会往往决定我整个会议的这么
一个方向
因为权威人士做的主题报告是在某一个领域的
基本上就确定了我这个会议是在哪个方向的
第2个就是特邀报告
英文叫invited papers
一般是由会议的主办或者承办机构直接指定
某某专家或者教授
或者研究人员
你来到我们会议上做这个方面的一些报告
第3个就是一般征集报告
是由愿意希望参加学术会议的人员自己来投稿
当然这个一定是跟我这个领域
跟我会议的主旨要接近或一致的
而且报告要求满足会议的提出了一些格式
比如说自诉
什么样子的
摘要是什么样子的
需不需要
英文等等
还有一种报告是口头报告
叫oracle口头报告
实际上包括前面的主题报告
特邀报告
也包括一般征集报告当中的
要在大会上通过口头发言的
除此之外
还有一种叫做张贴报告
因为召开学术会议的时间是有限的
征集报告比较多的情况下
不可能每一个人都去上大会去做大会的报告
或者分组的报告
那么没有时间做口头报告
又要进行相互交流怎么办
一般来说会议的承办方会提供了一种渠道
就是张贴报告的渠道
把你的论文粘贴在主办方和承办方提供的一些
张贴板上
然后会有一个专门的时间段
让所有的参会者到张贴报告厅
来观看张贴报告
有兴趣的老师或者是科学家们
会对这个报告和张贴报告的主人坐车
相互进行交流
这种方式有一个好处
就是可以在短时间内进行大量的报告的交流
另外一个好处就是可以选择你所想交流的
你感兴趣的那些报告和作者进行有的放矢的
交流
一般的学术会议的程序有这么几个方面组成
会有全体大会
一般来说在开幕式的时候以及大会报告
还有在闭幕式的时候会召开一个全体大会
就所有的与会人员来参加
这开幕式的英文叫opening
ceremony
大会的报告
我们前面说了
叫keynote paper
有时候邀请报告
invited paper
也会在全体大会上宣讲
闭幕式英文叫closing
ceremony
第2种会议的方式就是分组会议
有时候对一些特别大型的会议是不可能组织
全体的大会的
比如美国光学工程学会的会议
每年一般都会有1万多人参加
所以他就没有办法组织全体大会
他只能根据专题来进行分组会议
有时候由于开会的领域
会有一些子领域
比如说全国光学学会的年会
我一年一次性可能会有1000多人开会
那么全体大会也只会开那么一次
两次
其他的时间就要进行分组会议
会分专题
比如有些专题是激光方面的专题
有的分组会议的专题是发光方面的专题
有的分组会议的专题是光纤激光器的专题
或者光纤传感器的专题等等
分组会议的目的是为了让专家学者能够选择
自己所感兴趣的领域
能够更加充分的交流
再一个的会议的程序就是张贴报告
我们前面其实已经讲了
张贴报告
是为了让更多的因为时间关系而不能在大会上
做口头报告的那些作者
能够有机会和与会者进行交流的一种方式
再一个会议的程序就是展览
通过学术会议这种模式有很多从事科学仪器
生产和研发的一些机构
公司在会场旁边
或者在会场中间休息的时候
把自己的一些科学仪器设备来展示给大家
在会议的程序当中
有时候会有观光娱乐
其目的是让科学家们能够更好的放松
在放松的情况下
能够互相进行交流
还有一个目的是东道主想借这个会议的机会
向参加会议的科学家们展示我们自己的国家
或者自己的城市的文化
