今天我们一起来学习一下
乘车座次礼仪
如果今天你的同事
顺路接你上下班
你应该坐在哪个位置
比较合适呢
媛媛老师也送过一些同事
有些同事会选择前排副驾驶的位置
而有些同事会选择后排的位置
其实乘车是有座次礼仪的
讲礼
就要先稿清楚自己应该坐的位置
否则会让好心的同事心里很不舒服
A公司新入职员乔治
担任公司总经理秘书的职位
某一天要和总经理彭总
去B公司进行洽谈
同行的还有销售部的马总监
乔治心想
车前座的位置又敞亮又不用和别人挤
那应该是老总的位置
奇怪的是马总监打开了后座右侧车门
请彭总上了车
还是你坐这吧
马总监自己打开左后侧的车门
坐在了彭总身边
乔治虽然疑惑
但也知道自己一定是哪里出了错误
其实在刚才的案例中
乔治也想到了
应先安排总经理上车
这也是乘车礼仪中最先考虑的一点
必先安排最重要的人物入座
而且要坐到上座
那哪个位置是车子的上座呢
在乘车座次礼仪中
我们一般会考虑四个因素
开什么车
谁是驾驶者
哪个位置最安全
以及尊者本人的意愿
在一般情况下
安排乘车座次
我们首先要考虑前两个因素
也就是车型和驾驶者
我们以五人座轿车为例
有两种情况
专职司机驾车和主人驾车
第一 有专门的司机开车时
座次以
后排为上座
前排为下座
后排座位又以
右侧为上
左侧为次
中间最次
为标准
也就时说
座位由尊而卑依次为
后排右座
后排左座
后排中座
副驾驶座
在前面提到的案例中
就是这种情况
有专职司机驾驶的五座小轿车
因此总经理彭总应该坐在后排右座1的位置
销售部总监马总职位低于彭总
高于总经理秘书
因此坐在后排左座2的位置
而乔治应坐在副驾驶座4的位置
由专门司机驾驶五人座轿车
是商务场景中最为常见的
而我们常常把副驾驶座又称为随员座

陪同等随从人员就坐
刚刚媛媛老师在开课的时候
问了大家一个问题
如果今天你的同事顺路接你上下班
你应该坐在哪个位置比较合适呢
坐在后排右侧吗
你的同事会不会觉得
她成为了你的“专职司机”呢
这就是我们在乘车座次礼仪中
遇到的第二种情况
主人驾车
如果主人亲自开车
前排的副驾驶座为上座
后排为下座
后排同样以
右侧为上
左侧为次
中间最次
为标准
也就是说
座位由尊而卑依次为
副驾驶座
后排右座
后排左座
后排中座
乘坐主人驾驶的轿车时
最重要的就是不能令前排的座位空着
一定要有一个人坐在那里
以示相伴
特别是只有一个客人的时候
坐在后排是对主人极大的不友好
和不尊重
若客人不止一位
应推举其中地位
身份最高者
在副驾驶座上
如果主人夫妇送你回家
那么夫人一般应坐在副驾驶座
你坐在后排右侧
如果主人送其友人夫妇回家
那友人应坐在副驾驶座
与主人相伴
而不宜形影不离地
与其伴侣坐在后排
这将是非常不礼貌的
那么我们再来看一下
发生在A公司总经理秘书
乔治身上的另一个案例
经历第一的出错后
乔治懂得了原来乘车座次也是有讲究的
财务部的赵部长和销售部的马总监
都比自己的职位高
这回应该还是自己坐在前排副驾驶的座位上
没想到马总监主动走过去
拉开了前座的门坐了上去
赵部长则拉开车右侧的门大大方方的坐了
乔治只能绕到左侧上了车
乔治一路上百思不得其解
没过多久
马总监的家先到了
当她下车时
只见赵部长居然也下了车
补上了马总监的空位
等赵部长下车后
乔治想了想
决定像赵部长学习
补上了赵部长的空位
刚才我们讲的是
五人座轿车的乘车座次礼仪
如果是七人座轿车或商务车
同样会因为是由专职司机驾车
还是主人驾车而分为两种情况
如果是有专职司机驾驶的商务车
座次以司机后排
也就是中间一排为上座
最后一排为次座
前排为下座
因为中间一排往往是商务车中
最宽敞
最舒适的一排
而且离门近
上下车也很方便
座位同样以
右侧为上
左侧为次
中间最次
为标准
座位由尊而卑依次为
中间一排右座
左座
后排右座
左座
中座
最后为副驾驶座
如果主人亲自开车
前排的副驾驶座仍为上座
中间一排为次座
最后一排为下座
座位由尊而卑依次为
副驾驶座
中间一排右座
左座
后排右座
后排左座
后排中座
我们再来看一下吉普车
吉普车的座次礼仪比较简单
因为这种车型一般用于休闲旅游
吉普车功率大
底盘高
安全性较好
通常后排比较颠簸
而前排副驾驶座的视野
和舒适性最佳
因此无论由谁驾驶
驾驶员身边的副驾驶座都为上座
座次由尊而卑依次为
副驾驶座
后排右座
后排左座
后排中座
观光电瓶车的座次安排
与吉普车相同
如果乘坐的是大中型客车
中间是过道
那么座次的原则是由前向后
由右向左
按距离车门远近来排定
也就是说
司机后排靠门的位子是主座
这个位子前面通常有扶手
领导上下车又近又方便
我们以一辆六排十七座的中型客车为例
它的座位尊卑依次为
第二排右座
第二排中座
第二排左座
第三排右
中
左
第四排右
中
左
以此类推
以上就是考虑
车型和驾驶者
两个因素下的乘车座次礼仪
在某些特殊情况下
座次的安全系数
和尊者本人的意愿
也是乘车座次礼仪中需要考虑的
客观来讲
最安全的座位应该是驾驶座后面的位置
而最不安全的座位当属副驾驶座
因此长者
孕妇和小孩
不宜安排在副驾驶座
在乘坐面包车时
处于安全优先考虑的原则
司机后面的位置是最安全的
因为即使紧急刹车
领导也不至于被甩出去
所以往往乘坐面包车时
司机后排为尊座
由前向后
由左而右排列
之前我们也强调了
在正式场合乘坐轿车时
应请尊者就座于上位
这是给予对方的一种礼遇
当然
不要忘了尊重嘉宾本人的意愿和选择
并要将这一条放在最重要的位置
嘉宾坐在哪里
就应认定哪里是上座
即使嘉宾坐错了位置
轻易也不要对其指出或纠正
我们应该遵循
“主随客便”
“尊重为上”的原则
因为在很多地区
很多领导更喜欢坐在副驾驶座的位置上
在乘车时
我们还有一些礼仪规范要注意
第一
乘车时
应先为客人
领导等打开车门
用手示意
请尊者先上车
第二
客人上车时
应用手护住车顶
等客人坐稳后自己再上
第三
客人入座后
不要从同一个车门随后而入
而应该替客人关好车门后
从车尾绕到另一侧车门入座
第四
下车时
应先下车为客人打开车门
请他们下车
若有门童或专人恭候
打开车门后尊者可以先下车
第五
上下车时
无论男士还是女士
都不要弯着腰
头往车里钻
屁股朝着迎送者
十分不优雅
可以采用“平行式”
或“背入式”上下车
“平行式”是一脚踏进或踏出车子
将整个身体移入或移出座位
另外一只脚再踏进或踏出
“背入式”是将身体背向座位入座
将双脚同时收进车内
膝盖收拢后面向前方
下车的情况与上车相反
先转腰
让双脚同时踏出车外
然后将身体移出
尤其针对穿短裙的女士
一定要采用“背入式”上下车
