馈赠礼物并不仅仅
是把礼物送出去就行了
送给谁
送什么
什么时候送
送的时候说什么
这些都是大学问
就像在开篇视频中
经常有人送别人礼物
却好心办了坏事
那么
在职场上要注意哪些馈赠礼仪呢
我们一起来学习吧
所谓馈赠是人们在交往过程中
通过赠送给交往对象礼物
来表达对对方的尊重
感谢
纪念
祝贺
或哀悼等情感
或意愿的一种交际行为
得体的馈赠
就好比无声的使者
能给交际活动锦上添花
给人们的感情和友谊注入新的活力
它也是商务往来中不可或缺的一部分
送什么
是我们在馈赠时首先就要思考的问题
从大的原则来说
选择礼物可以遵循以下几方面
选择礼品要与一定的人
事
环境有关系
让受礼人见物思人忆事
所以选择礼品要重纪念
重情谊
有一定的寓意
东汉的马踏飞燕大家一定不会陌生
2002年2月美国总统布什访华
时值中国农历马年
国家主席江泽民把一个
与原物同样大小
青铜镀金的马踏飞燕仿制品
作为礼物送给布什总统
马年送马是中国人表示吉利的做法
马踏飞燕是中国东汉时期的奇思妙想
有1800多年的历史了
它表达的是快捷的意思
通过这件礼品
表达了中国希望更快地发展中美关系的美好愿望
这件礼品是不是就很有纪念性和寓意呢
有句话说
越是民族的东西
越是世界的
每个民族
国家都有自己独特的文化传统和特点
我们也常说物以稀为贵
在送礼时
这个贵是珍贵
独特
不是价值贵
所谓宝剑赠侠士
红粉赠佳人
送礼—定要看送礼对象
这就是送给谁的问题了
无论是国际交流
还是国内交往
正式活动还是私人应酬
交往对象因国家
民族不同
年龄
性别
职业
兴趣各异
选择时
务必要根据不同的对象
选择不同的礼品
满足不同的需要
尽可能了解受礼者的性格
爱好
修养与品位
尽量把礼品送到受礼人的心坎儿上
不同民族国家有不同的文化传统
也就有不同的文化禁忌
在这里至少要注意两个方面

要尊重由于风俗习惯
民族差异
和宗教信仰等形成的禁忌
比如说
在我国
是绝对不能把一台崭新的钟
送给老年人的
不能送给基督教徒一尊佛像
就算那是古玩
也是不妥的
所以选择礼品
不要凭自己想当然办事
要有意识地避开对方的礼品禁忌
注意礼品的品种
色彩
图案
形状
数字和包装等

要尊重个人的禁忌
每个人由于经历
兴趣和习惯的不同
可能形成个人的禁忌
选择礼品时

比如
一位著名教授
男士
到穆斯林民族聚集地讲学
当地少数民族同志呢热情好客
在送别时
就送给汉族教授一顶绿帽子
绿色是穆斯林民族最喜欢的颜色
但作为汉族教授
对绿帽子显然是有忌讳的
此外我们还需要特别注意礼物选择的其他禁忌

从礼仪的角度
赠送礼品的时机包含两个方面的问题
赠送礼品的时间和地点
就送礼的时间而言
及时
适宜是最重要的
一般来讲
节假日
对方重要的纪念日
喜庆日
是送礼最好的时机
在商务活动中
如向商务交往对象道喜
道贺
通常是在双方见面之初赠送礼品
见面时赠送礼物
能在疏离尴尬间
迅速将两者的感情升温
如果是主人和客人之间
主人应该在客人临行前送上礼物
离别时再赠送礼物
则能够适当的表达自己对朋友
家人离别时的不舍
从而增进感情
如果是企业之前进行商务会谈
双方往往会在商务会谈结束时
赠送或交换礼品
以表达与对方建立长期合作之情
选择赠送礼品的地点
要注意公私有别
一般来说
商务交往应该选择商务场合赠送礼物
比如办公室
会客厅等
如果是私人交往
则应该送到私人居所
注意不要当众赠其中某一个人礼物
这样不仅会让受礼人有受贿之感
没有受礼的人也会感觉到受到冷落
产生尴尬
在挑选好礼物后
就要考虑如何赠送礼品了
根据礼仪惯例
如何赠送礼品其实主要是指
礼品的包装和送礼的具体做法
把礼品很精美的包装起来
一方面是表示送礼人
把送礼作为很隆重的事
以此表达对受礼人的尊敬
另一方面
受礼人不能直接看到礼品
会使他产生一个悬念
尤其是送礼给外国客人
散装礼品或者是没有包装的礼品是不能送的
因此作为礼品的外衣
包装是一定要有的
谁来送出礼物
以及送给谁呢
在商务交往中
应该由在场地位最高的人
向客人赠送礼品
如果是向多人赠送礼品
应该从职位最高的人开始赠起
赠送时不能什么都不讲
直接就把礼物递过去
赠送给受礼者时
说明礼品的含义
具体用途
与众不同之处
会使受礼人加深对礼品的印象
同时接受赠送者的善意和情意
送礼时具体的做法就是
神情自然
面带微笑
双手捧上
并说一句与赠送目的相吻合
得体的话
中国人呢往往有自谦的习惯
赠礼喜欢说一些谦词
比如说
小小礼物
不成敬意
薄礼薄礼等
可是送给外宾时
则不能这样说
否则对方会认为很失礼
当然
也不能跟外宾说
这是很贵重的东西之类的话
说这是我的一点心意之类的话
会显得比较合适
总之
得体的寒暄
一是表达送礼者的心意
二是让受礼者受之心安
如何受礼和谢绝礼品呢
在一般情况下
他人诚心诚意赠送的礼品
只要是不违法
违规的礼物
最好还是应该大大方方
欣然接受为好
当然接受前适当地表示谦让
也未尝不可
这也是我们国内必需的环节
在特定的场合
当受礼者接受礼品时
应当停下自己正在做的事
起身站立
双手接过
伸出右手
与对方握手
接过礼品后
应表示感谢
说几句不要破费之类的客套话
接受礼品时态度要从容大方
恭敬有礼
不要忸怩失态
或盯着礼物不放
或过早的伸过手去接
或拒不以手去接
或者推辞再三后再接下
礼品是否要当面就打开呢
可以根据送礼者的习惯
目的和具体环境来定
在中国的传统观念中
收到礼品后当面打开
是不礼貌的行为
但如果送礼者是外国友人或年轻人
当面打开礼品是对送礼者的尊重
也是表达对礼品看重和喜爱
收到的礼品应当放在合适的
醒目的位置
不能乱丢
乱放
让送礼者感觉不被重视

有三种方法
直白法
坦率告诉送礼者
不能接受的理由
比如身份不允许
或者单位有规定
婉言法
采用委婉的方式
找个合适的理由谢绝对方
但是要注意语言和口气
先收后退法
有时当面拒绝礼品
会让送礼者感到很尴尬
比如在人多的情况下
可以先收下礼品
过后退还
退还时也要表达
对对方的谢意
并说明退还理由
退还礼物的时限
通常不超过一天
正所谓
礼尚往来
往而不来
非礼也
来而不往
亦非礼也
收到他人的礼品后
在适当的时机要回礼
这才合乎礼仪规范
比如客人上门拜访时
赠送了礼品
作为主人可以在客人离开前回赠
也可在接受礼物后的一段时间内
登门拜访
回赠礼品
同时
也可以选择在特定的节日
喜庆之日回礼
表示感谢
回礼时
不要以对方赠送的同类礼品回礼
价格可以与对方赠送的礼品价格相当
此外
可以口头或者书面的形式向对方表示感谢
