在上节
我们讲了商务拜访前的准备工作
这节课我们来聊一聊
正式拜访和告辞环节
在正式拜访时
首先要做一个守时的人
那就是
准时拜访
拜访时一定要准时
提前5到10分钟到达
是一个不错的选择
万一不能准时到达
一定要提前通知受访者
并在到达后郑重地向对方道歉
其次就是礼貌登门
这里要说到的就是
在拜访过程中要做一个守礼的人
在到达拜访地点后
要跟接待人员说明
你代表哪个公司
你的姓名以及要拜访的对象
并请其传达和通报
没有得到允许切不可
贸然进入
如果拜访对象因故不能立刻接见
接待人员安排休息区等待时
得体的坐姿和举止也是守礼的表现
看看佩奇在休息区等待时
一会看手机
一会打瞌睡
一会又拿出镜子来当众补妆
甚至还推销心切
找前台工作人员攀谈
这都是会让人留下
很糟糕印象的行为
作为拜访者
应当在接待人员安排的地方
安静等待
不要打扰其他人的工作
如果等待时间较长
最好的做法就是翻看自己的文件
整理一下拜访的思路
假如休息室放着报刊或杂志
也可以拿来翻看
但一定记得看完之后要放回原处哦
在等待的过程中
最好不要随意走动
否则对方会认为你有些散漫
即使等待时间稍长
也不要表现出不耐烦的态度
比如频频地看表
来回地踱步
如果想抽烟的话
要询问接待人员哪里可以吸烟
如果时间过长
无法继续等待
要向接待人员说明情况
另行再约时间
请其代为转达
语气要客气
委婉
当然有些公司可能不会安排
专门的等待休息区
那就可以找就近的地方等待
或者问一问
接待人员哪里会比较合适
以免拜访对象腾出时间后
却找不到你
有的公司可能没有接待员引领
但请记住
到达受访者办公室外
无论办公室的门
是开着还是关着
都必须先轻轻敲门或按门铃
在得到受访者允许后
方可进门
与受访者见面后
就会涉及问候和自我介绍的问题了
同学们通过前面章节的学习就知道了
与受访者见面要主动问好
对方先伸手
则与之握手
行见面礼
如果和对方是初次见面
还应自我介绍并递上名片
倘若受访者不止一个人
该怎么办
就应该按照商务会面礼仪中的
先尊后卑的原则依次向对方打招呼
如果受访者办公室内
还有其他客人
在其没有介绍时
不要随便打听其他客人的信息
或主动与其他客人攀谈
记住不要做一个和谁能随便聊天的
八卦访问者
进入受访者房间后
帽子
手套是一定要摘下的
同随身携带的物品
一起放在主人指定的地方
不要随意搁放
如果包包要随身携带
也千万不能像佩奇一样
随意地就把包包
放置在主人的办公桌上
可以放在所坐椅子的身后
或者脚边
入座时
主人没有让座
不要随便就坐下
主人让座后
要说谢谢
然后采用正确的坐姿坐下
如果主人是位年长或身份较高者
应等主人坐下后
再坐下
当主人或委派他人送茶时
应立刻欠身双手接过并致谢
喝茶时要慢慢品尝
不要一饮而尽
拜访告一段落
我们需要懂得礼貌的辞行
在拜访他人时
一定要注意拜访时间的长度
并控制好时间
最好在约定的时间内完成拜访
如果受访者表现出
还有其他的事情或者不耐烦时
即使拜访工作还没有完成
也要适时的停止
可再约见下次见面的时间
不能只想着要完成任务
而忽略了拜访效果
一般普通拜访
时间控制在15～30分钟
比较适合
即使再长的拜访
也不宜超过两个小时
最后该如何礼貌辞行呢
即将离别时
不要毫无征兆地忽然就起身告辞
拜访人员可以通过一些举动来示意
如把茶杯的杯盖盖好
把咖啡杯稍稍推移开
轻轻地收起自己的文件
或者把对方的名片
放进名片夹等
不停看表或者快速地收拾公文包
会给受访者带来
不重视此次拜访
或者此行不愉快的印象
造成误会
离别应当由拜访者提出
拜访者先起身并伸手向受访者道别
即使受访者有意挽留
也应尽快离开
不要拖延时间
辞行时
应和主人握手道别或点头致意
向主人表达打扰之歉意
并说一些打扰了
谢谢
请留步之类的话
出门几步后
应回首再向送别的主人致谢
不可匆匆离去
不要让主人远送
也不要站在门口与主人攀谈过久
