今天我们要和大家聊一聊
关于见面礼
在与人会面时
我们除了会打招呼说
您好
往往我们还要伴有
表示友好和尊重的动作问候
在这里我们把它称为见面礼
比如握手
拥抱
鞠躬等等
而握手是世界上使用频率最高的见面礼
即使是外星人拜访地球
同样也会使用握手礼
所以
往往你和他人建立联系的第一次触碰
是从握手开始的
那么我们在握手时
应该如何体现出
自己的修养和对对方的尊重呢
乔治是A公司的普通职员
在一次接待B公司考察团时
由于乔治与考察团的团长熟识
便热情地走向前
先于领导与考察团团长握手致意
结果他的举动却令其领导十分不满
首先
握手是有次序的
在刚刚的案例中
乔治的领导为什么会不满意呢
因为乔治先于领导与考察团团长握手
这是不符合礼仪规范的
在商务场合中
职位
身份
决定了握手时伸手的先后次序
而在社交或休闲场合
主要取决于年龄
性别和婚姻状况
一般情况下
握手的优先决定权在尊者
也就是尊者先伸手
例如上级和下级握手
上级先伸手
长辈和晚辈握手
长辈先伸手
男士和女士握手
女士先伸手
已婚者与未婚者握手
应由已婚者先伸手
在握手次序方面
我们还要注意以下三点
第一主人与客人握手
主人有向客人先伸手的义务
尤其在接待来宾时
无论对方是男士还是女士
主人都可以先伸出手
以表示对客人的热情欢迎
而在客人告辞时
往往是由客人先伸手
与主人相握
前者表示欢迎
后者表示再见
第二在社交场合
男士和女士握手
女士先伸手
那么如果女士不伸手
或者没有握手的意思
男士应该怎么做呢
先伸手吗
不
这时候男士只需要向女士
点头或者微微鞠躬致意就好
第三但在正式的商务场合中
我们强调的是男女平等
因此男士和女士都可以主动发起握手
在大多数国家和地区
主动发出握手邀请的女士
被认为是谦虚
大方
思想开明的
会给对方留下更好的第一印象
所以女士们
请先伸手
在握手时
我们除了要注意握手的次序
还要注意握手的方法
包括握手的姿势
神态
手位
力度
时间等
握手时
双方距离75厘米到1米左右
双腿立正
上身略向前倾15°
伸出你的右手
四指并拢
虎口相交
拇指张开与对方相握
上下晃动三到四次
随后松开
恢复原状
在商务场合中
无论与男士还是女士握手
建议握全掌
很多男士会以为与女士握全掌不太好
而选择只握指尖
其实这种死鱼式的握手方式
反而让女士感觉到不被尊重
与人握手时
应当神态专注
面带微笑
目视对方的双眼
切勿显得三心二意
敷衍了事
漫不经心
傲慢冷淡
迟迟不握他人早已伸出的手
或是一边握手一边东张西望
甚至忙于跟其他人打招呼
都是极不礼貌的行为
在握手时
手的位置至关重要
常见的手位有两种
单手相握和双手相握
单手相握时
最好采用平等式握手
即与人相握时
手掌垂直于地面
这种握手方式
是商务场合最常用的
表示自己不卑不亢
如果想表达对对方的恭顺和歉意
可以手心略微向上
如果手心略微朝下
就会给对方制造一种强势的感觉
另外一种手位
双手相握
是在单手相握后
再用左手握住对方右手的手背
这种方式适合于久别重逢的亲朋故旧
用以表达自己的深厚情谊
也有些人会选择握住对方右手手臂
比如上级对下级表示关心的时候
会采用这种
拍肩式的握手方式
握手时
时间的长短可以因人
因地
因情而有所区别
通常来说
握手的时间不宜过短或过长
控制在3秒钟以内
尤其是在和异性握手时
时间不能太长
如果是和老朋友
或者是关系亲密的人握手
时间可以控制在20秒以内
在多人聚会时
不宜只与某一人长时间握手
以免引起他人的误会
握手时
力度要适当
可以和对方的力度保持一致
如果力度有10个等级
我们建议采用7级的力度
男士与女士握手时
不可以用力过大
应当稍许用力
以不握痛对方为限
在德国
握手的力度代表了对对方尊重和重视的程度
力度越大代表着越尊重
越重视对方
所以在与德国人握手时
可以适当加大握手的力度
其实握手不仅仅是一种见面礼
在表示欢迎
欢送
祝贺
感谢
理解
支持的时候都可以使用握手礼
但有些情况下
是不适合握手的
比如
对方手部有伤
对方手里拿着较重的东西
对方与自己距离较远
或者是对方忙着别的事
比如正在打电话
在用餐
在主持会议
在与其他人交谈等等
当然
当自己的手不干净时
也不适合与对方握手
这时我们应该亮出手掌
并向对方表示歉意
在握手时
我们还需要注意以下事项
拒绝与别人握手是有失身份的
即便对方忽视了握手的先后顺序
而已经伸出了手
都应该看做是友好
问候的表示
应该马上伸手相握
尤其是在阿拉伯
印度
东南亚等国家
左手被认为是不干净的
在四个人握手时
避免出现交叉状
尤其是在有宗教信仰的国家
这种形状类似十字架
在他们眼里是很不吉利的
向他人行握手礼时
正常情况下都应起身站立
因为站着比坐着更有力量
这是对自己的尊重
也是对对方的尊重
只有女士在社交场合戴着薄纱手套握手
是被允许的
与人握手
应把帽子摘掉
表示一种友善
戴太阳镜
有拒人千里之外的感觉
握手礼是商务场合中
最常用的礼节之一
是一个并不复杂
却十分微妙的礼节
我们应该本着礼貌待人
自然得体的原则
灵活地掌握和运用握手礼
以显示自己的修养和对对方的尊重
