如何做一个礼貌的手机使用者
而不是粗鲁的手机滥用者
Online college是美国的一家著名的调查公司
哈佛大学曾经借用他们的调查数据证实
过去几年间
手机用户的失礼行为有多么的严重
在所有商务人士中
有15%的人会在不恰当的时候接听电话
有一半以上的商务人士承认
自己在手机使用上有过失礼的行为
那如何让手机成为
让自己加分而不是减分的联络工具呢
我们需要掌握八条手机礼仪的要点
虽然奇怪
搞笑的铃声能彰显你的个性
区别其他人的铃声
但是在特定的环境下
这也是一种噪音
甚至会让人产生误会
我们来看看下面的这两个尴尬片段
有个朋友平时喜欢玩
铃声也隔三差五的换一次
有一次他正陪一个客户聊天
突然手机响了
铃声是悦耳的童声
爷爷
您孙子给您来电话了
一接听电话
原来是另一个客户
虽然这只是一种好玩的表现
但是其他客户听见了
难免会做出相关联想
他该不会把我的来电
也设置成孙子的铃声吧
有个同学毕业后回到了高中教书
有一天开会时
也是忘了关手机
结果校长正讲话的时候
他的手机响了
我的志愿是做一个校长
每天
收集了学生的学费之后就去吃火锅
今天吃麻辣火锅
明天吃酸菜鱼火锅
后天吃猪骨头火锅
刚才的这个片子里面
好在校长大人有大量
没跟他计较
换作别的领导或别的场合
其结果可能就没那么幸运了
作为一个职场人
使用这样搞怪的个性化手机铃声
显然是有失得体的
在一些特殊的场合
为了不打扰到别人
将手机设置为静音
或震动是最基本的礼仪修养
比如
电影或演出时
会议中
讲座中
洽谈时
图书馆等场合
都应将手机调至静音或震动
以免突然的来电
或来信产生的声音影响到氛围
打扰到别人
与人交谈时
别偷偷关注手机
如果你有重要的讯息或者电话
你应该大方地告知对方
而不是一直偷偷摸摸地查看手机
让人觉得不尊重他
在与他人交流时
如果有必须要接起的电话
你应先向对方提出请求
不好意思
您方便让我先接个电话吗
这是对对方最起码的尊重
在征得对方同意的情况下接听电话
也应该尽快结束通话
在公交
地铁
飞机
电梯
楼道
人行道
医院等地应尽量避免接打电话
因为不但通话质量不佳
而且会打扰到空间中的人
如不得不接打
则应注意声音不要太长
长话短说
尽快结束通话
在咖啡馆
一个年轻人戴着耳机
在电话那头与人聊天正欢
完全忘记了这是公共场合
自己的长时间大声视频聊天是否会影响到别人
在一些大商场或娱乐场所的洗手间里
一些人在旁若无人地大声讲电话
有时甚至占用洗手间半天也不出来
以上场景中的行为都是粗鲁的使用手机的行为
所以
如果不是必要的话
请不要在封闭的公共空间中
讲私人电话
比如大厅式的办公室
咖啡馆
餐厅
洗手间等
这样做
不仅能够避免他人探知你的私生活
同时
也能够避免因为过度关注私人领域
而受到他人的非议
不管你愿不愿意
你都要正视这样的事实
公共空间不是你自己的
如果你期望保持私人通话的权益与质量
你应找一个更适合的安静场合
而不是强硬地要求他人
为了配合你而安静下来
在一切商务场合中
手机都没有必须要出现的需要
所以
不管你的手机有多么的新潮时尚
你都要把它放在合乎礼仪的地方
不要放在桌子上
特别是不要对着正在聊天的客户
不要随意拿在手中
更不要挂在胸前
以下几个地方
是放置手机的常规位置
随身携带的公文包
是最正规的位置
或者
外套的内袋里
而且外套要足够宽大
不可以显现出手机的形状
随身带的手袋或手包里
若别人给你拨打电话
你由于各种原因没有接到
应在方便时及时回复
对待别人给你发的短信
也是一样的
回复时间最长不应超过24小时
