上节课我们讲了

职场中的日常接待礼仪

今天我们来说一说

隆重接待时的礼仪

在刚才的视频中

我们看到了2015年10月

中国国家主席习近平

对英国进行国事访问时

英方按照皇家传统

最高礼节进行接待的场景

在商务场合中

我们的接待虽然没有国事接待

那么高的规格

但商务隆重接待

也要比日常接待繁琐的多

因此

除了日常接待中

我们需要掌握的礼仪知识外

在隆重接待中

我们还需要学习以下三部分内容

隆重接待前

我们需要提前做好以下四项准备

包括来访的单位

姓名

性别

职务

以及所到访的具体人数

此外

还需要了解所搭乘的交通工具

具体到达的时间

甚至还要了解来访者的饮食习惯

和宗教信仰

以便安排接待住宿

用餐等相关工作

一般来说主要接待人员的身份

和职务应与来访者相差不大

以对口和对等为宜

如果当事人因故不能出面

或不能完全对等

这时要灵活变通

由职位相当者或副职出面

但应及时向对方进行解释

避免产生误会

在规定标准的范围内

安排接待场所

接待用车

客户餐饮和住宿等

我们一般要求专业的接待人员要仪表大方

举止得体

口齿清晰

最好受过专业的礼仪训练

我们可以根据接待人员的工作能力

具体安排接待工作的各个环节

接待人员应提前到达指定的地点

迎接客人

如果领导和有关部门去机场

车站

码头迎接

要确定并事先通报集合地点

时间

乘车安排和出发时间等

客人到达后

要帮助客人拿取行李

根据人数以及行李数量

安排车辆

乘车座次安排

应适当宽松

附加座一般不安排坐人

客人到达住所后

应安排人员分送行李

并将接待手册发给客人

接待方应根据宴请的标准

时间

人数等

提前确定宴请地点和宴请菜单

做好宴会的设计

确定宴会席位卡

接待人员应提前一小时

到宴会厅

督促和检查相关服务工作

如果遇到特殊情况

应按主陪领导意图办理

在晚宴过程中

接待人员应把握好上菜的节奏

主动引导客人入席和离席

会谈前应明确商务会谈的基本情况

比如会谈人的姓名

职务

人数

会谈的目的等等

确定会谈时间后

先安排好会谈的场地和座次

确定记录员

如需翻译

摄影

新闻报道

要事先进行通知和安排

隆重接待中

商务接待人员应先在门口迎接客人

客人进入会议室后

接待方应立即起身表示欢迎

如果需要会谈的双方进行合影

那么应该安排在双方握手之后

再做合影

参观考察

是来宾接待工作中一项重要的内容

参观考察项目的选择

应主要考虑来宾的目的

性质

意愿和特点

项目确定后

应作出详细的计划和日程安排表

来宾在参观时

一般由身份相对应的人员陪同

并根据情况安排解说员

介绍情况时

应实事求是

所用的材料和数据要准确

介绍方式可采用座谈形式

也可以边看边介绍

商务送别是隆重接待的最后一项服务

在客人离开前

应该先核实客人离去

所乘航班或车次是否有变化

按照接待方针和方案

计划和实施欢送仪式

如果客人来访时带有礼物

那么在送别时应该准备一份

有象征意义的礼品作为回赠

即使是隆重接待

也不提倡前呼后拥或人海战术

在送别规模上要加以限制

重点突出实效

体现热情

不搞铺张浪费

在隆重接待时

最好有接待人员将客人送至机场

车站或码头

而且要等客人通过安检处

或进站之后再返回

无论是上一节讲的日常接待

还是这节的隆重接待

在整个过程中
