我们从自我介绍开始

如果说握手在触觉上

让他人感受到你的风格和气度

那接下来的自我介绍

才是你正式亮出身份

告诉别人你是谁的关键时刻

在作自我介绍时

需要选用恰当的方法

注意介绍的顺序

掌握介绍的分寸

我们先来看一下自我介绍的方法

自我介绍可以采用应酬式

公务式

沟通式和礼仪式四种方法

应酬式自我介绍

适用于某些公共场合

和一般性的社交场合

如旅行中

宴会里

通话时

当你并没有与对方深入交往的愿望

或者只是礼貌性的接触

你只需要介绍自己的名字即可

例如

您好

我叫李媛媛

公务式自我介绍主要适用于工作

或公务之中

以工作为自我介绍的中心

因工作而交际

因工作而交友

在自我介绍的时候

应包括本人的姓名

工作单位及其部门

职务或从事的具体工作等事项

例如

您好

我叫李媛媛

是昆明理工大学的教师

如果你希望对方在第一次见到你时

就记住你

以便建立进一步的深入交往

和沟通的话

在介绍的时候

除了自己的姓名

工作以外

还可以提及籍贯

学历

兴趣以及与对方某些熟人的关系等等

例如

您好

我和您的夫人是同事

或者

我们是老乡

都是辽宁人

等等

礼仪式的自我介绍适用于讲座

报告

演出

庆典

仪式等一些正式而隆重的场合

以表达对交往对象的友好和敬意

介绍内容包括姓名

单位

职务等

同时还应多加入一些适当的敬语

大家要根据具体的场合

情况来进行灵活的使用

在前面的课程中

很多同学可能已经发现了

在礼仪的世界里

次序很重要

同样

自我介绍也是有次序的

我们遵循“尊者有先知权”的原则

也就是说

职位低者应该向职位高者

先作自我介绍

晚辈应该向长辈先作自我介绍

在进行自我介绍的时候

我们还需要注意几个事项

尤其在拜访陌生人时

应注意时间点的选择

先向主人问好

然后简洁

清晰

明确地介绍自己

在自我介绍时

要面带微笑

充满自信

保持亲切

大方

自然的态度

要善于用眼神表达自己的诚意

要吐字清晰

做到自然

适中

和谐

让对方产生好感

应酬式的自我介绍一般比较简短

而礼仪式的自我介绍可以相对较长一些

但一般也不会超过3分钟

不要只报姓不说名

或者只说名不报姓

介绍是日常交往和商务场合中

相互了解的基础方式

是人际交往的桥梁
