西餐席位礼仪
在刚才的开篇视频中
大家有没有发现
有什么特别的地方呢
首先先来问大家一个职场交往中
经常会遇到的情景
如果今天你和你的同事们去喝咖啡
咖啡厅的座位是这样的
那女士应该坐在哪里呢
与中餐礼仪略有不同
在西餐礼仪中
女士很重要
因此在位次排列中
我们需要优先安排女士的位子
比如说像现在
女士应该被安排在靠墙的位子
而男士坐在靠过道的椅子上
因为靠墙的位置一般视野更好
座位更舒服
而且不容易被打扰
如果同行的没有女士
那可以把靠墙的位置
留给长者或尊者
其实在一般场景下的西餐厅
服务生会领位
并服务于女士
所以通常情况下
位次在预定之后
已经被很好的安排了
比如在一些有表演的西餐厅
即使餐桌可以坐四人
两人的预定
也只会看到两套餐具
而且位置往往不是面对面的
而是呈现90度直角
当客人到达后
服务生会引领女士
坐在视野最好的位置上
而女士往往是坐在男士的右边
因为在西方
我们遵循的是
“以右为尊”的原则
那如果今天你的同事邀请你吃个Business Lunch
我们是不是还要讲位次礼仪呢
其实不用
在西餐中
只有Dinner是正式的晚宴
其他时间一般都是简餐
当然如果你能够考虑到
“女士优先”和“以右为尊”的原则
那你一定会让女士们觉得
你很绅士
在职场中
我们经常会遇到一些
大型的商务接待
和正式的西餐宴请
比如正式的家宴
那么
正式的西餐宴会席位排列与中餐有什么不同呢
在西餐宴请中
席位排列的主要问题是
位次的排列
需要考虑以下六个基本原则
在西餐礼仪里
往往体现女士优先的原则
排定用餐席位时
一般女主人为第一主人
坐在主位
而男主人为第二主人
坐在女主人的对面
主宾是西餐宴会里最重要的客人
也是最先要考虑和安排的人
男女主宾应该分别紧靠
女主人和男主人就坐
排定席位时
以右为尊是基本原则
在西餐排位时
男主宾坐于女主人的右侧
女主宾坐于男主人的右侧
按此原则
依次排列
和中餐席位礼仪相同
面对餐厅正门的位子
要高于背对餐厅正门的位子
这个原则和中餐席位礼仪
也是一致的
西餐桌上席位的尊卑
是根据其距离主位的远近决定的
距离主位越近
地位越高
西餐排列席位时
讲究交叉排列的原则
因为西餐礼仪中是双主人位
所以席位的排列是按照
第一主人位右边
第二主人右边
第一主人左边
第二主人左边
依次交叉排列的
此外
男式与女士要交叉排列
熟人与生人也应当交叉排列
所以夫妻要分开坐
在西方人看来
宴会场合是要拓展人际关系的
交叉排列的用意
就是让人们
能多和周围不熟悉的人聊天认识
达到社交的目的
与中餐宴会礼仪不同
西餐用餐时主要使用长桌
一般我们会有横桌和竖桌
两种不同的位次排列方法
男女主人在长桌中央对面而坐
我们也把它称为法式就座方法
按照前面说的女士优先
和面门为上的原则
女主人为第一主位
面门而坐
男主人坐在女主人对面
为第二主位
背门而坐
按照以右为尊和交叉排列原则
男主宾位于女主人右侧
1号的位置
女主宾位于男主人右侧
2号的位置
第二男主宾在3号的位置
第二女主宾在4号的位置
那5号位应该是男宾还是女宾呢
5号和7号
分别是第三女宾和第四女宾
为什么呢
因为1和3号位是男宾
男女交叉的原则
自然5和7号位为女宾
那6号为第三男宾
8号为第四男宾
男女主人分别就座于长桌的两端
我们也把它称为英美式就座方式
同样女主人坐在离门最远
面门的位置
男主人在她的对面
背门而坐
1到8依次为男主宾
女主宾
第二男主宾
第二女主宾
第三女宾
第三男宾
第四女宾
第四男宾
西餐桌次高低的原则
与中餐一致
主桌排定之后
其余桌次近者为高
远者为低
右桌为高
左桌为低
中间为高
两边为低
我们来看一下
三张桌和四张桌的桌次排列
正式宴会一般均排席位
也可只排部分客人的席位
比如第一主宾和第二主宾
其他人只排桌次或者是自由入座
无论采用哪种做法
都要在入席前通知到每一个出席者
使大家心中有数
