在商务交往中
除了到客户的单位
办公室进行拜访外
还有可能去客户
或同事家里进行拜访
请注意
我们所讲到的家庭拜访
可不同于走亲访友
它是为了促进与客户的交流
增进与同事间的感情
到与你工作相关的人家中
进行的商务交流
千万不能随便对待
失了礼仪哦
某个周末上午乔治路过W区
忽然想起想要拜访的汤姆先生
就住在附近
于是决定去汤姆先生家拜访
路过一家超市
乔治想总不能空手去
于是进去挑了件礼物
大清早的
谁呀
小王啊

刚好今天路过这里
想着您肯定在家
给您带点礼品过来看看您

面对这样一个不速之客
你是否也很无奈
很反感呢
作为拜访者
如果这样冒然拜访
不仅会给同事带来麻烦
客户留下极差的印象
也肯定会影响后续的合作
所以作为商务拜访中的居室拜访
也应该遵循规范
注意细节
下面我们就沿着乔治的拜访情境
来看看正确的做法是什么
拜访别人时
一般应尽早与对方进行预约
并将具体的时间的选择权
交给对方
不约而至
贸然充当不速之客
通常都是不受欢迎的
视频中
乔治非常冒失地就到了汤姆家
搞得汤姆连衣服都没来得及换
是不是让汤姆很尴尬呢
如果是临时性的拜访
也应该电话征求受访人的同意
并致以歉意
约定拜访的具体时间之后
需如约而至
通常不宜随意再作更改
倘若因故需要推迟或取消拜访
则应尽快通知对方
并向对方道歉
时间约定后
最好不要早到或迟到
没按约定时间登门
早早就到别人家里
会给受访人一个措手不及
双方都会显得尴尬
迟到
或因特殊情况不能按时到达
一定要给对方一个电话
说明晚到的原因
在中国
大部分人习惯携带水果送给受访者
除此之外
我们还可以送鲜花
一盒精致的水果糖
一瓶好喝的葡萄酒
一本畅销书
一张好听的音乐碟
等等
总之
诚心的礼物会让对方感受到诚意
千万不要像乔治那样随意地挑选礼物
还随口就说
不值什么钱之类的话
到了受访人家门口
要懂得按门铃或是敲门
这是礼节
更是对受访人的尊重
万不可大声呼喊受访人的名字来通报
现在门上都安有猫眼
按完门铃后
要从开门者视觉角度考虑一下
调整好身体的站位
站在猫眼的正前方
不远不近
这样屋内的主人
就可以通过猫眼看到拜访者的脸了
进门后要记得换鞋
去别人家里做客
进门要记得脱鞋或穿上鞋套
不可把鞋直接穿进屋内
带入鞋底的尘土
特别是女性的高跟鞋
还有可能破坏主人家的地板
所以
作为拜访者要特别注意
脱鞋就会露袜
那一定要保证你的袜子是干净
无破损
无异味的
换好鞋子也要记得把自己的鞋
整理摆放整齐
这个小细节一定要做到
这会让主人觉得
你是一个注重细节的人
再有就是进门的五除与一放了
五除
即除下自己的帽子
围巾
手套
墨镜
并脱下外套
那一放
就是将自己随手携带的公文包
或手袋放在地上或主人指定之处
千万不要随手就放在主人家的茶几上
如果碰到下雨
带雨伞
那应将雨伞放在门外或主人指定的地方
千万不要湿哒哒就带进屋去
此外
我们还需要特别注意卫生间的使用问题
如果是短时间拜访
尽量避免使用主人家的卫生间
如果主人家有两个卫生间
在必须要使用的情况下
也要避免使用主卫
在别人家中作客
是有一定活动区域限定的
最大的禁区就是主人的卧室
卧室是很私密的地方
不能随意进入参观
一般在会客厅就座即可
除了卧室和卫生间
居室拜访还有哪些房间不宜进入呢
请大家记住
居室拜访有五个不入

卧室不宜进入

书房不宜进入

厨房不宜进入

储藏室不宜进入
其五
卫生间不宜进入
同学都知道
非礼勿动这句话
对主人家里的物品不要随意翻动
对屋内欣赏性的饰品
可以稍作赞美
不可妄加评论
该怎样饮茶呢
主人斟茶倒水
不能一滴不喝
多少要表示一下
同时别忘了喝茶要赞茶的礼节
当然
可不要不停的猛喝
还记得卫生间不宜进入的原则吗
原因你懂的
去别人家里拜访
要控制好时间
目的性的拜访
话题要明确
如果是礼节性拜访
话题要轻松
不能聊起来就没完没了
毕竟受访者还可能有其他的事情安排
总之
去别人家里拜访
就是一个原则
叫客随主便
不要过于随意
也不要过于拘谨
不失礼节
