在面试过程中
如果出现了一些尴尬情况
该如何应对
面试迟到
不管有什么理由
都会被视为缺乏自我管理能力
而给面试官留下非常不好的印象
但如果真的出现了迟到这种情况怎么办呢
还有办法挽救吗
第一
如果你估计马上就要迟到了
可以马上致电给面试联系人
说明你的方位以及情况
看看有没有什么通融的办法
第二
实事求是的向面试官说明迟到的原因
语言简洁
但态度一定要非常诚恳
真实的原因哪怕不怎么体面
也好过精心编制的谎言
以你的真诚尽可能的挽回因迟到
而给面试造成的不好影响
第三
在没有得到最后拒绝之前
无论如何也不要放弃面试的机会
第四
如果争取到了面试的机会
一定要找到合适的时机
向面试官证明自己的自我管理能力和约束能力
比如可以在自我介绍这个环节
加上你常年坚持的运动习惯
或者经营了很多年的博客和微信公众号
总之举一些可以体现自律精神
和计划性的事情
然后在面试的最后
不论结果如何

首先你需要冷静
千万不要因此就呈现出
很难堪的状态
手足无措
话不成句
因为这就是面试官的目的所在
想看一下你身处困境的时候
是怎样处理和应对的
这里刘鑫老师又要给你支一招了
遇到专业上被考倒
千万不要瞎掰胡扯
装着自己知道答案
而说一些不着边际的内容
这样有经验的面试官一眼就会看出来了
正确的做法是
再次跟面试官确认一下问题
这样可以争取下时间
自己再好好的思考一下
如果确认后确实记不得了
怎么办呢
这个时候千万不要说
我们没有学过这个内容呀
或者老师根本没有教我们呀
把问题推给老师
只会让你的处境更糟
你可以这样说
非常抱歉面试官
虽然以前在学校学过
但这部分内容我实在一下没有办法
很有条理的整理给您
这点我十分抱歉
然后如果您能够给我一点时间的话
我肯定可以给您一份满意的答案
另外对于关系营销部分的内容
我可能比较擅长的和熟知的是
与其相关的客户关系管理部分
如果您愿意的话
我可以跟您具体说一下这个部分
这样回答不会让面试官觉得
你在这一方面一无所知
但要注意在没有得到对方的允许之前
不要擅自开口
说一大堆另外一个部分的内容
观察下对方的反映
再做下一步的回答
要很自在的面对自己被考倒的情况
曾经有一个硕士研究生在面试时
面试官当场质疑
他的论文研究选题陈旧
对社会和学术的发展毫无贡献
结果他当场崩溃大哭
表示浪费了国家和父母多年的教育和培养
对不起学校和导师的栽培
自己选题错误都是自己的问题
其实有些特定的面试环节
会有面试官对你挑三拣四
或者出言不逊
基本上你说什么做什么都不对
而且言辞非常犀利
如果碰到了这样的情况
就可以判断你已经进入了压力面试
压力面试的目的
是为了制造一个充满紧张和压力的场景
看看面试者在这样的情况下会做出怎样的反应
你的反应方式
是决定你能否通过压力面试的关键
如果面试官质疑你的成绩不够好
他真正想听的
并不是你去辩解成绩是怎么一回事
而是想看你面对其他人的质疑
和挑战的时候
你用什么样的态度去面对
如果你面对这样的质疑
变得非常的愤怒
反过来质问面试官
请问你上大学的时候考了多少分数
你以为你自己有多优秀吗
或者是像那个研究生一样崩溃
那么这一轮成绩就可想而知了
因为压力面试环节
就是要看在高压的前提下
你有什么样的抗压和抗挫能力
这一点是最重要的
所以如果你发觉面试官
好像对你特别挑剔
这个时候你就要警惕了
你可能已经进入了压力面试环节
那么我们到底该如何应对呢
诀窍就是要镇静
平和的去回应面试官的质疑和挑剔
欲扬先抑
扳回一城
比如说
面试官挑剔你某一科的成绩刚刚及格
专业课都学的如此敷衍
那么肯定不会认真工作
你该如何回答
首先
先不要反对别人的说法
因为这个成绩是不可改变的事实
你可以欲扬先抑这样说
您说的这一科
我的成绩看起来的确不是很理想
但我可以跟您保证的是
我这个成绩并没有完全反映我真正的实力
因为当时学习这一科时
我正好赶上了市场营销专业的全国竞赛
占用了大量的时间去完成比赛项目
导致在期末时这门课复习比较仓促
成绩不理想
但也正是参加了那次竞赛
才让我更加认识到本专业的学无止境
同时我也相信在竞赛中培养的思考能力
以及专业能力对未来的工作
也很有帮助
如果面试官直接质疑的是你的外表
比如说
你的身高根本达不到我们公司的标准
我们需要外表更出众的员工等等
你该如何回答呢
以柔克刚是一个不错的选择
是的
很遗憾
我也希望我能够改变我的外貌
但这基本上是无法改变的特质
但我依然感谢我的父母
他们给了我这样的外貌
他们从小就告诉我
态度决定了我的高度
气质决定了我的样子
因此我一直在改变我可以改变的
比如我做人做事的态度
我的知识
文化和内涵
而对于我不能改变的外貌
我也希望别人跟我一样
能够用一颗宽容的心去理解和接受

应对压力面试
要掌握的规则就是
面对
正视自己的弱点
然后从容的告诉对方
我知道自己有这个弱点
并且也在一直通过努力去弥补它
以上举的几个例子
是面试中可能会出现的一些极端情况
一般不会出现
但如果真的遇上了上面的几种问题
千万不要慌
也不要觉得搞砸了就此泄气
记住
一切危机都是展示自己的最好时机
自信从容的人可以笑到最后
