跟我说参加了几场面试
最后面试官都说
回去等结果
然后就不了了之了
自己也不知道问题出现在哪了
只是觉得自己在回答面试官问题的时候
他的表情好像并不是太满意
那么怎样才能在面试的核心阶段
获得面试官的认同和赞许呢
今天我们就一起来翻一翻
面试官的题库里有哪些经典问题吧
自我介绍是面试中非常关键的一步
这短短的2-3分钟
将在很大程度上
决定了你在面试官心里的形象
一般人在这个环节过于平常
只说姓名
年龄
教育背景
兴趣爱好
这些在简历上都有的重复信息
占用了你宝贵的自我展示时间
那么重点来了
自我介绍到底要介绍什么呢
沟通重要的不是你说了什么
重要的是对方愿意听到什么
所以你一定要了解
面试官他想听到什么内容
每个人都有很多面可以介绍
面试官最想听的
就是你能否胜任这个工作
最强的技能
最擅长的领域
个性中最积极的部分
这些信息都要与岗位描述一一对应起来
这才是面试官想听到的有效信息
简单来说吧
就是要不着痕迹的告诉你的面试官
你想要的
我都有
所以你说的每一句话都要经过设计
诀窍就是把自己的条件
一条一条的往岗位要求上靠
举个例子来说吧
高考复读了一年这条信息能不能说呢
有的同学肯定摇头了
老师这是一个失败的信息啊
怎么能在自我介绍这么重要的时候说呢
其实到底要不要说
主要看你要怎样表达
假设你这样说
我高考时复读了一年
但也因此养成了我做事情非常有毅力
不畏挫折的性格
而且一定的压力还会让我更加有斗志
激发出更多的潜能
如果这个工作是要求具备抗压能力的
那么这个回答一定能给你加分
它完全可以放在你的自我介绍里面
所以在设计自我介绍的时候
要做到每一句话都有功能
要让对方觉得
嗯
对
条条都答在点上
这就是我们要找的人
这个问题可是非常容易回答跑偏的哟
很多同学被问到这个问题之后
兴致勃勃地说了一大堆自己的优点
比如性格开朗
乐于助人
拾金不昧
见义勇为等等
这些是优点吗
当然是
但这不一定是面试官想听到的答案
其实这个问题还可以延伸为另外一个问题
你认为你胜任这个岗位最大的优势是什么
回答这个问题的诀窍是
结合岗位描述和你的核心能力
用具体的事例来证明
而不是自吹自擂地说一大堆名词
比如你应聘的是工程师类的岗位
你可以具体描述在一次项目中
你解决的一个实际问题
来证明你的专业能力
团队意识以及责任心
但如果应聘的企业是文化创意的公司
就一定要讲一个能证明你的创新能力
和快速适应能力的成就故事
总之这个环节一定要体现
你的核心素质与岗位要求的匹配
最好再加上一些第三方的信息
比如你的老师和同学对你有什么评价
或者你获得过什么奖项和证书
都是展示的好时机
下面我们就来看一段
回答这个问题的经典面试片段
被问到这个问题的时候
同学们常常很纠结
说老师这个问题好难呀
说得太真实了
怕影响自己的形象
如果随便说说的话
好像又会给面试官留下不真诚的印象
到底应该怎么回答呢
好
下面我们就换位思考
分析一下面试官为什么会问这么尴尬的问题呢
他真正想要了解的到底是什么呢
其实这个问题他想要知道的是
我们对自我是否有一个精准的剖析
成熟的人有一个重点特质
就是能够充分了解自我
尤其是懂得利用自己的优点和缺点
向别人表露自己缺点的时候
的确是有一点尴尬的
同学们不妨这样回答
我是一个性格比较急躁的人
但是我已经认识到了自己这个缺点
因为不是很有耐心
所以有另外一个相对的特点
就是很有冲劲
执行力强
而且现在我已经针对这一方面
在做一些改进了
像通过练习书法
围棋
来磨炼自己比较急躁的这个缺点
希望可以弥补自己的不足
这是一个真实的缺点
表达了你的真诚
但列出缺点之后千万不要停在这里
重点是缺点后
紧接着的那句但是
之后的内容
一定要表示自己能够接纳它
并且已经采取了具体的行动来改进它
从而让自己变的更好
面试官最喜欢能够不断地改进想法
边执行边调整方向的应聘者
如果你的回答是这样
听说你们的福利待遇很好
听说你们的工资是不是给得很多呀
听说你们假期特别多
那么面试官可能会认为
你是来公司享乐和索取
而不是来创造价值的
即使这是你心里的真实想法
也不适合在这个时间点上
把它当作第一个理由说出来
那应该怎样回答呢
你可以这样说
首先
我很喜欢贵公司的企业文化
比如在公司成立之初
便喊出了让天下没有难做的生意这一口号
这样的社会责任感让我印象非常深刻
我觉得如果能够进入这样的公司工作
并贡献自己微薄的力量
与社会共同进步
对我个人而言也将会是极大的成长
其次
我关注到贵公司未来三年的全球化发展布局
而这个部分也正是我所擅长的
希望可以贡献自己的一己之力
其实这个问题
面试官想弄清楚的
就是你的价值观是否跟公司契合
在回答时要强调自己的内在动机
表示对公司企业文化和价值观的认同
这就是高分答案
越多越好
你能承受的范围是多少呀
我对薪水没啥要求
您看着给吧
那前面哥们给了多少啊
给我差不多就行了吗
面试接近尾声了
一定会问到这个问题
薪资和待遇
如果你是一名应届毕业生刚刚走出校园
步入社会
其实你是没有什么谈判的筹码的
因为你没有工作经验
在你还没有任何谈判资本的时候
可以把这个决定权交给对方
等到你有了两三年的工作经验就不太一样了
你可以这样说
非常感谢您能够问我这个问题
因为我过去在海尔公司已经工作了三年
在这方面我也积累了一些经验
因此可以为公司做出自己的贡献
但我目前的薪水是比较基础的水平
所以我希望可以在新的工作岗位上有所提高
这个时候你可以直接说出你的期待薪资
具体数字也是可以的
作为应届毕业生
如果你有相关的工作或实习经验
也可以参考这条原则
不过要记得一点留一些弹性
不要讲得太死
告诉对方
什么样的范围我都可以接受
最后呢
面试官一定会问到一个问题是
有没有什么问题要问我的呢
碰到了这个问题
如果你说
嗯没有了
我想不起来还有什么问题要问
面试官就会认为
你不是一个很有自己想法和主见的人
或者你对于公司的兴趣并不大
那么应该问什么呢
可以试试这样说
想跟您请教一下
公司会经常提供培训吗
这份工作未来可能会合作的部门有哪些
有没有可能会到国外进行交流学习呢
相反的
有些问题就不太适合在这个时候问出来
请问您一年放几天假呢
你们公司美女多不多呀
你们加班工资怎么算啊
