some experience I acquired when using Rain Classroom in my teaching.
首先我要从咱们传统的

教学模式中常见的问题入手
with the traditional teaching method.
我想老师们都会有这样的体验
Many lecturers teachers may encounter the following problem.
就是说学时不断地压缩
As teaching hours are continuously reduced,
老觉得课的内容太多
lecturers teachers will find that the course content is so heavy
在规定的学时里面内容讲不完
that they can't teach all of it within the limited teaching hours they are given.
或者即使内容讲完了

但是总觉得还需要一点更多的学时
they still need more hours to
带领学生做深度的探讨

还有一个问题就是

虽然我们老师们

总是要求学生们要

上课之前提前做好预习

课后要复习

但是好像总有那么一部分学生

不按照我们的要求去做

这样的话

更显得大课的学时不够了

因为学生没做好预习复习的话

再就是尤其是年轻的

刚做教学工作的老师
who have just started their careers,
由于经验不足
and are not experienced enoughdue to the lack of experience,
不知道刚才讲的内容
so they don't know whether students
同学们理解得怎么样
understand what they have taught,
也不知道有多少同学跟上了进度
or how many students can keep up with them.
那么这样的话这个大课的教学

它的进度和内容的安排
can not be adjusted promptly
就很难根据学生现场学习的情况

使用在线课程资源的情况是怎么样的

我们知道传统的这种教学模式

有几种方式呢

比如说一种是

可能比较多的老师用的是

在老师的教学设计中

这样进行混合式教学

实际上它就像教材的另外一种形式

它是教材的一种扩充

那么不管用哪两种方式或哪两类方式

并且是教学活动的驱动器

也就是说它要能够随时随地
